◆業務内容 【保健師】 健康管理、健康増進に関わる保健指導、教育、相談等 ・メンタルヘルスインテイク面談、産業医面談日程調整 ・ストレスチェック 高ストレス者への面談勧奨 ・健康診断案内、受診勧奨等 ・健診事後フォロー、保健指導 ・過重労働面談面談同席 ・安全衛生委員会、職場巡視 ・衛生教育（健康セミナー運営および実施・ポスター作成・ニュースレター執筆など） ・その他保健関連事務全般 【産業医】 労働安全衛生規則14条に記載されている職務 ・健康診断の実施、およびその結果に基づく労働者の健康を保持するための措置に関すること。 ・過重労働者への面接指導および必要な措置の実施、ならびにこれらの結果に基づく労働者の健康を保持するための措置に関すること。 ・心理的な負担の程度を把握するための検査、面接指導、およびその結果に基づく労働者の健康を保持するための措置に関すること。 ・作業環境の維持管理に関すること。 ・作業の管理に関すること。 ・上記のほか、労働者の健康管理に関すること。 ・健康教育、健康相談その他労働者の健康の保持増進を図るための措置に関すること。 ・衛生教育に関すること。 ・労働者の健康障害の原因の調査および再発防止のための措置に関すること。 ◆勤務地 ・福岡県早良区 【保健師】 ■勤務シフト 9時～18時(休憩1時間)、週5日 ※残業：月10時間未満 ■雇用期間 期間の定め有(初回3か月次回6か月、以降12か月更新) ■試用期間 あり（１ヶ月）*その間の待遇・給与に変更はありません。 ■給与 年俸制： ①リード保健師候補
