求人内容 このポジションについて HPCプロダクトグループにおける社外・社内コミュニケーション全体をリードするポジション。 経営層・リーダー層と連携しながら、グループの戦略や方向性、重要な意思決定や進捗、組織として伝えるべきメッセージを整理し、分かりやすく、納得感のある形で社外及び社内に届ける役割を担う。 主な役割・期待内容 1. 社内コミュニケーションの企画・推進 年間・四半期単位での社内コミュニケーション計画の策定・運営 2. 経営・リーダー層との連携 経営層・HPCリーダーへのヒアリング、情報整理 3. エグゼクティブ向け資料の作成 取締役会向け四半期レポート CEO／経営層向けプレゼンテーション リーダー用戦略説明資料 4. 従業員向け情報発信 四半期ごとのHPC全体アップデートの企画・資料作成 社内イントラネット記事の継続的な作成・掲載 5. 重要イベント・定例資料の支援 Capital Market day資料など 資格 MUST 自動車業界or半導体業界におけるコミュニケーション、広報、企画等の実務経験 PowerPoint等を用いた資料作成経験（経営層向け） Nice-to-Have コンサルティング業界での実務経験 経営イベント、投資家向け説明会の支援経験 その他の情報 ルネサスは、「To Make Our
