社会に大きなインパクト（国内およびグローバル）を与えるイノベーションを目指す新しいチームに参加してみませんか？ 弊社のトップクライアントの一社にて、サイバーセキュリティポジションの募集がございます。 同社は現在、全社的なデジタルトランスフォーメーションを推進しており、それに伴いセキュリティ体制の強化を重要な戦略の一つとして位置付けています。 今回のポジションは、新たに立ち上がったセキュリティチームの一員として、セキュリティ運用（SOC／SIEM）を軸にしながら、将来的にはポリシー策定やプロセス改善など、より上流の領域にも関わっていただける環境となっております。 特に、これからセキュリティ体制を構築していくフェーズのため、単なる運用にとどまらず、仕組みづくりから携わりたい方にとって非常に魅力的なポジションです。 これまでベンダーと協力してきた企業が、デジタル分野だけでなく、インフラやセキュリティ分野を含む自社チームの構築を決定しました。その第一歩として、大手グローバル企業でGroup CIOを務めた経験を持つ新しいCIOが加わり、日本のトップテックリーダーの一人と共に、現在、新たなメガチームを編成中です。 ■ ポジション概要 本ポジションは、デジタルトランスフォーメーションを推進している大手企業において、新たに立ち上がったセキュリティチームの一員としてご参画いただくポジションです。 現在、デジタル事業の拡大に伴い、全社的なセキュリティ体制の強化が進められており、その中核としてITセキュリティ部門が新設されました。 セキュリティポリシーの整備や一部ソリューションの導入は進んでいるものの、まだ立ち上げフェーズにあり、SOC／ログ分析体制の構築やSIEM導入など、これから一緒に作り上げていくフェーズとなります。 本ポジションでは、セキュリティ運用（SOC／SIEM）を軸としながら、将来的には全社セキュリティの企画・改善など、幅広い領域に関わっていただくことを想定しています。 ■ 業務内容 ・SOC／SIEMを含むセキュリティ運用・監視 ・セキュリティインシデントの検知・分析・対応 ・トリアージおよび初動対応 ・関係部署へのエスカレーション ・検知ルールおよび運用フローの設計・改善 ・インシデント発生時の社内関係者との連携・報告・調整 ■ 将来的にお任せする業務（ご経験に応じて） ・セキュリティポリシーやガイドラインの見直し・更新 ・セキュリティ運用プロセスの標準化およびドキュメント整備 ・新規セキュリティソリューションの検討・導入・評価 ・社内向けセキュリティ教育・啓発活動の企画・実施 ・最新の脅威動向の調査および対策への反映 ■ 補足 本ポジションは、単なるSOC／SIEM運用にとどまらず、 セキュリティ体制そのものをゼロから構築していくフェーズに関わることができる点が大きな特徴です。 ご本人のご経験や志向に応じて、担当領域を広げていくことが可能です。 メンバー構成：セキュリティーディレクター1名、メンバー2名 IT部門の人数構成は、約28名（女性13名、男性15名） ■企業紹介
