職種 正社員 職務明細 担当製品の需要管理等を通じて販売予測の精度を向上し、売上最大化、在庫の適正化を目指していただくポジションです。 ～セールスならびにプロモーションプランの最前線に携わり、予測精度の向上により必要な商品が必要なタイミングで準備でき、 将来的な不良在庫削減が実現するなど、グループセブジャパンのビジネスに大きな貢献をもたらす重要なポジションです。 デマンドプランニング経験、データ収集＆分析スキルを活かして活躍いただける、コミュニケーションに長けた優秀な方を歓迎いたします。～ スキル・資格 • 2年以上の販売予測または在庫管理または供給計画業務の経験 • ERP（SAP等）を使った業務 • 供給計画・生産計画 • 統計知識に基づく分析スキル • 中級以上のエクセルスキル（基本的関数-xlookup, sumifs, pivot等） • 日英両方での優れたコミュニケーションスキル（英語：ビジネスレベル） • More than 2-years experience in Demand Forecasting or Inventory Management / Supply Planning
