プロポーザルグループのエスティメーションチームに配属され、プロポーザルグループマネージャーの直属で業務に取り組んで頂きます。 主業務として、新規プロポーザル案件の見積もり作業を担っていただきます。 担当プロポーザルの見積もり案件は、主となる国内のEPCプロジェクトのほかに海外EPプロジェクトも含みます。 プロポーザルマネージャーと協力して、プロジェクト部、技術部、購買部を含む、すべてのプロジェクトに関わる関係者及び海外の技術センターと綿密にコミュニケーションを取りながら、競争力のある、最善のソリューションにつながるコスト見積もり作成することが主な業務となります。 1 - 見積もり業務 - 概算金額の見積もり業務. 過去の見積もりデータや過去のプロジェクトの結果を基に、短期間で概算見積もりを行います。 - 最終見積金額の見積もり業務 実際の新規案件としての顧客の要求仕様を基に、Estimation strategyを策定し、社内および各Air Liquideの技術センターのプロジェクトに関わる利害関係者とCommunicationを取り、プロジェクトの予算のリスクを軽減することを考慮に入れながら、精度の高い、競争力のある詳細見積もりを行います。 2 - 仕様書の作成 上記、見積もりに関連する項目を明確に仕様書内に文章化し、プロポーザルマネジャー、およびプロジェクトマナージャーと協力して、最終技術仕様書を作成します。 3 - データベースの管理と見積ツールの構築 - 見積もり作業に際して入手したデータや実プロジェクトの機器購入データ等を基にデータベースを作成、次の見積もり作業に必要なバックデータとして整理、管理します。 - 上記データベース等の過去のデータを基に簡易的に見積もりを可能とするための、Quick Estimation tool の構築 2-3年の就業経験、同分野の実務経験をお持ちの方を歓迎致します 日本語 :流暢 英語 : ビジネス中級 歓迎する経験 プロジェクトコスト管理などのご経験
