About ZEISS ZEISSグループは、創業者のカール ツァイスが1846年にドイツ東部の都市、イエナに開設した精密機器および光学部品の工房から急成長を遂げました。日本では1911年にカールツァイス株式会社が設立され、約400人の従業員が5つの事業所で販売とサービスを提供しています。ZEISS日本は半導体、自動車、機械工学、生物医学研究、医療技術のパートナーであり、眼鏡レンズやカメラレンズ、双眼鏡の大手メーカーでもあります。 職務内容 フィールドアプリケーションエンジニアとして、顧客・OEMと連携し、MultiSEM を含む半導体装置のファブ導入・最適化を推進する役割です。クリーンルームでのハンズオンとプロジェクトマネジメントを通じ、課題解決と顧客支援を担っていただきます。 *茨城県ひたちなか市のお客様が担当先となる予定 1. 問題解決：MultiSEM課題を関係者と連携して迅速に解決 2. ナレッジ強化：MultiSEM知見を継続的に蓄積・更新 3. アプリケーション開発：顧客要望に沿った機能・用途開発 4. アプリサポート：MultiSEM利用支援の窓口を主導 5. チーム間連携：顧客・OEM・社内間の協働推進 募集要項 必須要項 - 工学／理学系の技術学位（学士以上）、または同等とみなせる実務経験10年以上 - 半導体業界でのアプリケーションエンジニア／プロセスエンジニア経験 5 年以上 - 半導体プロジェクトマネジメント経験（高い目標・短納期でチームを推進できること） - 電子顕微鏡（特に SEM）の知識・経験 - 半導体製造技術の知識・経験 - FAB クリーンルームプロトコルの運用経験 -
