本ポジションは、Telexistenceの事業計画・予算の策定と、株主・投資家とのコミュニケーション（IR）を一体で担うファイナンス機能のリードです。中期経営計画・年度予算の策定と予実管理を通じて、事業部門ごとの数字を会社としての計画に落とし込むとともに、その計画を既存株主・新規投資家に対して一貫したストーリーとして語れる状態をつくり、資金調達および将来の株式上場（IPO）を見据えた投資家向け資料の準備までを一気通貫で担当します。 単なる数字の集計・管理にとどまらず、「ロボットという新しい労働力の事業は、どの前提で、いつ、どれだけの規模になるのか」を、事業の現場に踏み込みながら財務モデルと言葉の両方で示すことが求められます。CEO・経営陣と近距離で議論し、Product、Operation、Engineering、Legal等の各部門と連携しながら、IPOを見据えた経営管理体制とIR機能の土台をつくり、将来的にはファイナンスチームを率いていただく役割です。 本ポジションの魅力 ハードウェア・ソフトウェア・AIを統合したフルスタックなロボティクス事業の数字を、計画をつくる側と計画を語る側の両面から担い、IPOを見据えた成長フェーズを経営の中枢で実体験できるポジションです。 • 累計300億円超を調達したグローバルスタートアップとして、ソフトバンクグループ、KDDI、Foxconn、Airbus等を株主に持ち、グローバル水準の投資家対応を実務で経験できる • CEO・経営陣と近距離で、資本政策・資金調達・事業ポートフォリオといった経営の意思決定に関われる環境 • 一般的なSaaSとは異なる、ハードウェアを伴うロボティクス事業のユニットエコノミクスと正面から向き合える • 外国籍比率が過半の多国籍チームで、グローバルな視点を持った議論や意思決定に日常的に関わることができ、視座とスキルの両面で成長できる環境 主な職務内容 • 中期経営計画・年度予算の策定プロセスの設計と運営（事業部門・コーポレート部門との前提のすり合わせを含む） • 事業別・プロダクト別の収益モデル、ユニットエコノミクス、キャッシュフロー予測の構築・更新 • 月次・四半期での予実管理、差異分析、着地見込みの更新と経営層への定期報告 • 主要KPIの定義・モニタリング体制の構築と、経営会議・取締役会向け資料の作成 • 新規事業・大型案件・設備投資に関する事業性評価と投資判断の支援 • 既存株主向けの定期報告（業績・KPI・事業進捗）の企画・資料作成・運営 • 資金調達におけるエクイティストーリー、投資家向けプレゼンテーション、事業計画モデルの作成 • 投資家からの質問・デューデリジェンス対応の窓口、およびデータルームの整備・運営 • 英文での投資家向け資料作成、および海外株主とのコミュニケーション • IPOを見据えた予算統制・KPI管理の整備と、将来的なIR機能（開示方針、説明資料、投資家対応フロー）の設計（監査法人・証券会社等の外部専門家との連携を含む） • ファイナンスチームの組織設計・採用・育成、および経理・Legal等のコーポレート機能との役割分担の設計 応募資格
