電力トレーディング部門の事業拡大、マーチャント型ビジネスモデルにおける投資家の事業価値を最大化するために、新規でファイナンス担当を採用します。 現在当社が開発している大型、中型の蓄電所プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトファイナンス（PF）組成後（NTP以降・建設期〜商業運転期［COD］）の、融資契約（LA）管理、レンダー・投資家へのレポーティング、および特別目的会社（SPC/GK）の資金・財務管理をお任せします。投資家・レンダーとの良好な関係を維持し、契約不履行（イベント・オブ・デフォルト）を未然に防ぎながら、プロジェクトの円滑な財務運営を支える役割を担います。将来的にはプロジェクトの権利売却におけるM&A業務も担当して貰う想定です。 また、投融資に関連する業務のみならず、電力トレーディング部門のチーム員として、電力トレーディング（電力市場入札、市場制度分析、取引・収益最大化）とアセットマネジメント／O&M（設備稼働率維持管理、性能保証、各種許認可維持）などにも幅広く携わりながら、太陽光・蓄電池という未来の電力システムに不可欠なアセットクラスに関して知見を深め、チーム内のトレーディング・PPA・アセットマネジメントの専門家たちと連携をする機会に触れることができます。 【主な業務内容】 1. 融資契約（LA：Loan Agreement）の管理・履行 資金引出（ディスバースメント）実務： NTP以降、建設の進捗に合わせたレンダーへの資金引出請求（ドローダウン）の手続き、必要書類の取りまとめ、および実行管理。 コベナンツ（財務制限条項）管理： 融資契約に基づく財務指標（DSCR等）の継続的な算出・モニタリング、および契約違反防止のための事前アラート。 契約上の義務履行（サレンダー等）： 定期レポーティング義務のスケジュール管理、および期日通りの提出保証。 2. 投資家・レンダー対応（コーポレート・金融窓口） 定期財務レポーティング： 投資家およびレンダーに対し、月次・四半期・年次の財務状況（キャッシュフロー予実、BS/PL）および事業状況の定期報告。 各種承諾・変更（ウェイバー）交渉： プロジェクト運用上の計画変更が生じた際、レンダー・投資家との事前相談、合意形成（ウェイバー取得など）の折衝窓口。 窓口業務の統括： 金融関係の問い合わせ窓口として、外部ステークホルダーとの信頼関係構築（資料スライド3の「投資家・レンダー」担当）。 3. SPC（合同会社/GK）の会計・税務および資金管理（財務・キャッシュフロー管理） GK会計税務の統括： 財務・経理部門や外部の税理士・会計事務所と緊密に連携し、新規特高GKの会計税務処理、決算確定、申告書作成をスムーズにリード。 キャッシュフロー・予実管理： プロジェクト運営にかかる収入（トレーディング利益等）および支出（LTSA、O&M費、地代等）を記録し、予実比較とキャッシュフロー予測の作成。 出入金処理の実行： SPC口座における入金（JEPX等からの売電収入等）および各種支払（融資返済、金利支払、配当、経費支払）のオペレーション管理。 4. 社内関連部門および事業契約との連携 事業契約の遵守状況チェック： EPC、LTSA、O&M、アグリゲーターなどの主要なプロジェクト契約内容を把握し、それらが財務計画・融資契約に与える影響の管理。 他部門とのハブ機能： 龍さん率いる電力トレーディング部門（PT）のトレーダー陣や、エンジニアリング・AM部門と緊密に連携し、運転実績が財務CFに及ぼす影響を迅速にレポーティングに反映する。 【求められる要件（スキル・経歴の目安）】
