職位概要

以下の3つのチームを統括しManagement業務を遂行する。

(Logistics Planning Group)

輸入調達・在庫管理に関わる業務に対して責任を持ち、ロジスティクスプランニンググループを管理する。また輸入調達に関わる予算を計画し管理する。

(ROCオペレーション)

外部委託製造所を効果的に運営・管理し、薬事法法規制の順守及び品質の高いオペレーションを提供することに対して責任を持つ。包装表示行為に関する問い合わせおよび苦情に対し、常に迅速かつ適切に対応できる体制を整える。

(Technical Support)

羽田ディストリートビューションセンター、嵐山オペレーションセンターなどの設備の安定稼動を図る為 、検証 （点検含め）、評価し関係者と改善を行う 。 医療機器の製造販売関連の要求事項を理解し、それらを厳守するように工程の維持、管理する。 EHSS（環境安全衛生）スタンダードを元に安全に作業できる環境を実現する

職務及び責務

• 輸入調達・在庫管理・Vendor管理・社員育成・派遣社員管理 ・ロジスティクスプランニンググループの日々の業務管理 ・欠品機会の最小化＆欠品による顧客・営業の影響の最小化 (需要予測と生産計画に基づく在庫予測を正確に分析し、国内外の関係者へ情報をタイムリーに提供)
• 国内及び海外のステークホルダーとの協働力により正確な需要予測の作成を可能とするプロセスの構築 ・営業本部、マーケティング本部、財務本部の関係者のエンゲージメント向上 ・サプライヤー及び海外のディストリビューションとの良好なパートナーシップを構築し、顧客満足度を維持しつつ業務品質の改善及びコスト削減を推進
• サプライヤーとの各種契約書の作成および品質記録の管理
• 通関業務委託に関わるコンプライアンス遵守に責任をもち、HCC社内規定に基づいた遵守確認プロセスの構築
• 運用 ・輸入・在庫管理・組織運営に関わる予算の策定とコスト管理＆報告 ・最適な安全在庫レベルについてグローバルロジスティクグループとの合意 ・適正な在庫レベルを維持した上でのSLOB・Excess Stockの削減
• Lead Time・コスト・品質の面を加味した最適なTransportationモードの選択
• Finance及びサプライチェーン プランと協働し、Free Cash Flow活動に参画し、KPI達成へ貢献する。
• SupportのPerformance Analytics CapabilityとProject Management スキルの向上を実現する
• 新製品や営業施策など在庫積み上げの調達スケジュール策定と実行 外部製造業者管理(ROC/MED須賀川) ・ベンダー管理・オペレーション管理・社員育成・派遣社員管理 ・新製品発売時など、マーケティング、セールス、バックオフィス部門と協働してプロセスの構築
• マーケティング部門の要望とオペレーション上の制約条件のすり合わせ ・スケジュールの枠組みと必要なタスクの構築 ・ 設備導入が必要な場合、ﾃｸﾆｶﾙｻﾎﾟｰﾄと仕様、費用、日程の取り決め
• タスクのファシリテート、関連部門の巻き込みと役割分担のコーディネーション
• 主担当部分だけでなく、インターフェースする前後工程の運用設計
• マーケティング、QA/RAと協働しての資材開発、ベンダーセレクション
• コスト管理（CAPEX/OPEX)と中長期戦略の策定
• ベンダー管理（資材供給サプライヤーへのプロセス・品質・コスト）
• 将来的に部門をリードすることをキャリアデベロップメントの目標とする部下の育成

: 経験及び教育

• 投資計画、投資効率計算等のスキルおよび千万単位以上のプロジェクトマネジメント経験があると尚可
• 改善スキル（TPS, Lean, シックスシグマ, IE）
• 実際に改善プロジェクトを複数以上経験していると尚可 ピープルリーダーとしての経験、部下・後輩育成などの経験があると尚可

必要な知識、スキル、能力、認定／ライセンス、所属団体

• 4年制大学学位または同等
• 8-10年のサプライチェーン関連業務での経験
• 本国との交渉が可能なレベルの英語力 ピープルマネジメント経験（5年以上）
