PayPayカードについて/About PayPay card PayPayカード株式会社は、サービス開始からユーザー数7,000万人（2025年7月時点）を突破した「PayPay」の決済プラットフォームと融合させた形でこれまでのクレジットカード、クレジットサービスでは成し得なかったよりユーザーに身近で便利なフィンテックサービスを提供する為に2021年に誕生しました AIを駆使した開発と、他社に真似できない圧倒的なスピードでプロダクトを磨き上げ、日本のキャッシュレス決済、またそれを使用した金融ライフプラットフォームとしての普及を一気に推進することにプロフェッショナルとして情熱を持って取り組み、ユーザーの為に新しい価値創出を共に推進する仲間を募集します。 PayPay銀行のプロジェクト 配属先組織では、クラウド活用やゼロトラスト化を推進しながら、金融機関として求められる高い可用性・セキュリティ要件を満たす次世代ネットワーク基盤の構築を進めています。 オンプレミス環境を主体とした既存ネットワークのモダナイゼーションを推進し、クラウドリフトやSASE活用を通じて、将来を見据えたネットワークアーキテクチャへの変革に取り組んでいます。 ※本ポジションはPayPayカード株式会社での採用となり、入社後は上記プロジェクトメンバーとしてPayPay銀行株式会社への出向を予定しています。 ▼募集背景 PayPayグループでは、金融サービスのさらなる成長に向けてグループ各社の技術基盤統合やモダナイゼーションを推進しています。 PayPay銀行では、PayPayグループに参画したことにより、オンプレミス環境を主体とした構成からクラウドやゼロトラストアーキテクチャへの移行が進み、まさに大きな変革期を迎えています。 多様な技術要素が入り交じる複雑な環境の中で、安定した基盤を維持しながらも、柔軟に新しい仕組みを取り入れていくことが求められています。 本ポジションは、その中でもPayPay銀行のネットワーク刷新プロジェクトを担う中核人材を募集しています。 業務について PayPay銀行のネットワーク領域における各種プロジェクトや運用を担当していただきます。 適性・経験に応じて、以下のいずれかの領域をお任せします。 【具体的な業務内容】 1．データセンターネットワーク／SASE基盤の設計・構築・運用 ルータ、スイッチ、ファイアウォール、ネットワーク系サーバの管理 クラウド移行（クラウドリフト）に伴う既存環境の課題分析、移行計画の立案・実行 ZTNA（ゼロトラストネットワークアクセス）、SWG（Secure Web Gateway）、CASB（Cloud Access Security Broker）といったSASE製品の設計・構築・検証・運用 セキュリティ強化施策や新規環境展開の推進 2．オフィスネットワークの設計・構築・運用・保守・改善 ルータ、スイッチ、ファイアウォール、無線LANなどのネットワーク機器の管理 フルクラウド化に向けたSaaS管理型ネットワーク機器の導入・推進 オフィスネットワーク環境の安定性・利便性向上に向けた改善活動 上記に加え、共通して以下のような業務も担当いただきます。 プロジェクト参画・推進 ネットワーク主導のプロジェクトの他、システム刷新や業務効率化、セキュリティ強化を目的としたプロジェクトに参画 関係部署と連携した計画立案、推進、進捗管理
