■Roles & Responsibilities： ブランド戦略および香水化粧品部門のPR戦略に基づき、CHANEL香水化粧品部門における、KOLやクリエイティブのマネージメントを通し、ブランド イクイティやエンゲージメントの向上に貢献する。 「ULTIMATE LUXURY」にふさわしい質の高い露出およびコンテンツを通し、ブランドの価値を高めるとともに、事業課題に即したReach & Visibilityの最大化を推進し、ビジネス成長に寄与する。特に、次世代の顧客層へのリーチを拡大しながら、ハイエンドイメージの強化も図る。従来のＰＲ手法にとらわれず、革新的かつ効果的なアプローチを継続的に取り入れることで、ブランドイメージを時代に合わせて進化させる。また、ファッション、時計宝飾など他部門のPRチームと密接に連携し、ONE CHANELとして一貫性と深みのあるブランドイメージを構築・強化する。 ■主な職務内容： BRAND EQUITY & ENGAGEMENT MANAGEMENT ・セレブリティ、インフルエンサー、ビューティKOLを活用したPR戦略および年間プランの策定・実行・検証（PDCA推進） ・ブランド戦略および事業課題に即した、インフルエンサー／KOL施策の企画・推進 ・メディアタイアップ施策における進行管理およびクリエイティブ マネジメント ・インフルエンサーコンテンツの企画、制作進行およびクリエイティブ マネジメント ・CHANEL FBPのインフルエンサーリストの戦略的な構築・管理（新規KOLの開拓、既存ネットワークの継続的なメンテナンスおよび最適化） ・インフルエンサー、セレブリティ、ビューティKOLおよび関連エージェンシーとの中長期的なリレーションシップ構築・強化 ・セレブリティ、インフルエンサー、ビューティKOLを対象としたイベントおよびエクスペリエンスの企画・実施・運営 ・インフルエンサー関連予算管理 ・プレスリリース制作 ・各種レポーティングおよび施策効果の分析 Digital Word of Mouthレポート、インフルエンサー分析ツール等を活用し、定量・定性の両面から施策を分析 分析結果に基づき課題を特定し、KPIの設計・見直しおよび具体的なアクションプランの立案・実行につなげる メディアチームと連携し、PR・インフルエンサー施策とメディア施策を統合的に推進 ・社内ステークホルダーとの強固なパートナーシップ構築およびクロスファンクショナルな協業推進 F&BP PR Members Fashion and
