WHS プログラムの実施・調整 担当拠点（UTR・SSD）のAmazon Global WHSプログラムの代表として機能し、WHS Regional/Sr マネージャーの指示のもとプログラムを実施・調整する。グローバルWHSプログラムの要件と現地規制への遵守をサポートする。 2. 現場監査とコンプライアンス管理 UTR・SSD業務における定期的な現場WHS監査を実施し、非遵守の設備・プロセスを特定する。コンプライアンス上の問題、安全リスク、改善機会を管理層に報告する。 3. リスクアセスメントと低減措置 UTR・SSD業務に関連するリスクアセスメント（ジョブハザードアナリシス）を実施し、エルゴノミクスを考慮したリスク低減措置を推奨・実施する。特定されたリスクに対処し、他の現場での潜在的な危険を防ぐための解決策を展開する。 4. インシデント対応と記録管理 インシデント調査プロセスを推進し、WHS インシデント情報を迅速に文書化する。現地管理チームおよびAmazonの報告システムへのメトリクス報告を維持する。 5. 安全文化の推進とトレーニング UTR・SSD業務に関わる全従業員が安全文化を推進するための責任を理解できるよう支援し、トレーニングを実施する。支援が必要な人へのサービス提供・アクセス確保を行う。 6.
