社会に大きなインパクト（国内およびグローバル）を与えるイノベーションを目指す新しいチームに参加してみませんか？ これまでベンダーと協力してきた企業が、デジタル分野だけでなく、インフラやセキュリティ分野を含む自社チームの構築を決定しました。その第一歩として、大手グローバル企業でGroup CIOを務めた経験を持つ新しいCIOが加わり、日本のトップテックリーダーの一人と共に、現在、新たなメガチームを編成中です。 【仕事内容】 ■担当業務：クラウドインフラ運用エンジニア（AWS） 当社では現在、AWS基盤の運用をベンダーに依存した体制から、内製化・自律的運用体制へと移行中です。 本ポジションでは、IT統括部の一員としてAWS環境におけるアカウント・ユーザ・権限管理を担いつつ、以下を中心とした運用の強化・仕組み化を推進していただきます。 ・システム監視の内製化（CloudWatch / Datadog 等） ・開発・検証・本番環境へのCI/CD導入支援 ・セキュリティ・コスト管理の仕組み整備 ・運用標準化・自動化（IaC化含む） ■業務詳細： 1. 現状運用の安定と可視化 AWS Organizations配下のアカウント・構成管理 IAM、IAM Identity Centerのユーザ・ロール・ポリシー設定運用 CloudWatch、CloudTrail、Configの初期設定見直しとログ有効化 簡易構成図・ドキュメントの整備 2. ドキュメント整備・ナレッジ共有 運用手順書、障害対応マニュアルの作成・更新 情報システム部門内でのナレッジ共有、教育サポート 3. 監視の内製化とCI/CD導入 CloudWatchまたはDatadogによる死活監視・メトリクス監視の運用 アラート設定と一次対応の自動化（ServiceNow連携など） 開発部門と連携したCodePipelineやGitHub ActionsによるCI/CD基盤運用 ステージング～本番のリリースフロー整備 4.
