【募集背景】 SDV(Software Defined Vehicle)時代に向けたビークルデータマネジメントについて検討・開発を進めています。 SDVではデータを利活用し、車の価値を高めることが期待されています。本ポジションでは、日産自動車で蓄積した車両のプローブデータ（位置・動き・状態を収集した実データ）やECUのログデータを、バッテリーやHVACなどの各機能担当者が利活用できるよう運用する役割を担っていただきます。 【業務内容】 ＜担当業務＞ 各車両ECUより蓄積された通信データ等を活用し、既存機能の品質向上および新機能開発を推進するための企画・戦略立案から実行支援までを担っていただきます。 ー車両のプローブデータ/ログデータ利活用に向けた戦略策定 ー車両のプローブデータ/ログデータの品質管理 ー各機能担当に対するデータ利活用のコンサルティング、推進支援 など ＜職場環境・働き方＞ 10名程度の規模のチームで、中途採用の方が多いメンバー構成です。異業種からの中途採用者も多いので多種多様な考え方をベースに議論することができます。また、社内外や国内外とのコミュニケーションが多い職場となります。内、本業務担当5-6名予定。 【アピールポイント（職務の魅力）/Selling point of this position】 ＜職務を通して得られる自己成長、獲得できるスキル、やりがい＞ 本ポジションは新設領域となるため、当該分野の第一人者として組織・業務をリードしていただくことが可能です。 また、自動車領域にとどまらず、IT・ソフトウェア・データといった幅広い技術領域に携わり、横断的なスキルを習得できる環境です。 ＜将来的に目指せるキャリア、ポジション ＞ テクニカルエキスパートやマネジメントポジション 各ECUの専門知識を学び、それぞれの電子電装部品の先行・量産開発での活躍 データ活用戦略策定の知見から、新機能開発を考える企画部署での活躍 【登録資格( 経験/資格など )/Skills and Experience Required】 ■MUST ・複数システム、部品間の複合課題に取り組めること ・企画力、戦略策定力が有り、周囲を巻き込んで推進することが出来ること ・英語によるコミュニケーションに抵抗なく取り組める。
