Hybrid Cloud Platform Sales 公共業界担当 公共、社会インフラ系のお客様向けにOracle Databaseを中心としたSolution を提案する営業組織になります。この組織では最も当社のコアとなるかつ先進的なOracle Database 26aiやExadataをはじめとするODA(Oracle Database Appliance）,ランサムウェア対策のRA（Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliance）等の優れたEngineered Systemsを含めたオンプレミス製品全般となります。 ＞＞職務内容 中央省庁、独立行政法人、研究機関等、公共、社会インフラ系のお客様向けに最先端のOracle Technology Solutionを提案、拡販しお客様のデータ活用推進を支援することが役割となり、プリセールスエンジニアやコンサルタントと協業しながらビジネスを推進します。Cloud/Application SaaS系など他製品領域を担当するセールス等とも協働しOracleとしてのビジネス拡大や顧客満足度の向上を実現します。Si Partnerやチームでのミッション遂行も多いため社内外でのコミュニケーション能力が必要です。 ＞＞Roles & Responsibility お客様の経営層を含めたキーマンと関係構築をしつつ、ビジネス機会の創出を行い、技術部門などの社内の様々な関係者と協力しながらビジネスを推進します。Databaseは長年にわたりOracleの核となる技術であるため会社の顔役としての活躍が期待されます。大規模な社会インフラ系は元々Oracleが得意とする領域であり現在もDatabaseをはじめとして非常に多くの製品がミッションクリティカルな領域で稼働しています。これらに合わせ最先端のTechnology Solutionを中長期計画に基づき導入、ハイブリッド活用等をチームで促進します。中でもAi活用にフォーカスしたOracle Database 26ai はVector search、Deep Data Security機能を中心として他社が全く追随できない時代の最先端を担う強力な製品群です。大規模な提案も多くなるため粘り強さが必要です。公共インフラは国を支える生活基盤としての役割も非常に大きくサイバーテロ対策など人々の暮らしを守るためにOracleのTechnologyを活かす提案の最前線に立ちます。 ＞＞Must/ 必須のキャリア、スキル、資格など エンタープライズ向けITソリューション営業経験5年程度以上 Aiなど最先端技術、Data Technologyに対する興味
