Reaktor Japanでは、東京チームに加わるSenior Service Designerを募集しています。 Reaktorでつくるのは、クライアント企業の次の基準になるデジタルプロダクトとサービスです。同時に、クライアント自身がより良いデジタルチームとして動けるように、考え方、進め方、意思決定の質も一緒に高めます。 この役割で向き合うのは、きれいに整理された課題だけではありません。日々の複雑な業務の中でユーザーが本当に困っていることが見えない。現場業務と技術制約が矛盾する。そういった状況から、まず解くべき問いを見極めることが出発点です。そこからリサーチを設計し、プロトタイプで確かめ、世に出し改善するところまでを担います。 戦略だけで終わらせず、実装だけにも閉じない。デザイン、エンジニアリング、プロダクト、ビジネスのメンバーと一つのチームになり、その全体を推進します。 Reaktorはグローバルに展開する組織です。日本国内のクライアントワークに加えて、海外オフィスを含むReaktor社内の関係者とのコミュニケーションも発生します。そのため、選考プロセスの一部は英語で実施します。 What you’ll do ･ 課題を見極める 新規事業やデジタルサービスの立ち上げで、ユーザーが何にとまどい、事業が何を狙うべきかを明らかにします。技術や組織の制約を見極めた上で、サービスのコンセプト、MVPの方向性、その検証方法を具体的に描きます。 ･ 判断につながるリサーチを進める 定性・定量のデザインリサーチについて、計画から実査、レポートまで推進します。ユーザーや現場、市場の声を読み解き、事業として目指すべき道筋を、チームが判断できる言葉でまとめます。 ･ 議論が進む場をつくる クライアント、ユーザー、事業部門、デザイナー、エンジニアとのワークショップを設計・実施します。異なる立場の関係者が共通理解をもち、オーナーシップが生まれる場をつくります。 ･ 戦略を実行につなげる リサーチや戦略から得た示唆を、サービスコンセプト、ユーザージャーニー、サービスブループリントへ落とし込み、ロードマップをチームと共に描きます。...
