【会社概要】 当企業はインフラサービスを中心としている記号であり、日本ではまだ創設されて数年ですが、グローバル的には世界最大の運用会社というブランディングを誇っております。システム運用だけでは無く、運用にのせるまでのシステム構築を担当しており、好調なビジネスを展開しております。 【仕事内容】 システムインフラ構築領域における、システムインテグレーションプロジェクトの上流検討、PM/SE業務として活動できる方を募集します。 * システムインフラ構築のプロジェクトマネージャーとして、上流から下流工程（要件定義から各種テストまで）の一連の工程をリードできる方 * プロジェクトのQCDをクリアにし、お客様との各種交渉／進捗等をリードできる方 * プライムベンダーとしてお客様との各種交渉／調整事項において、最前線に立ってプロジェクトをリードできる方 * プロジェクトの成功に影響を与えるリスクを軽減し、問題を解決する為に、積極的に予測し、行動を起こせる方 * 過去のプロジェクトのご経験を生かし、ソリューションプロセスや手法の改善を推進出来る方 * プロジェクトマネージャーとしてのコアスキル、サクセススキルを維持／向上する為に継続的な学習が出来る方 【要件】 ＜必須＞ * システム開発／構築プロジェクトにおいてプロジェクトマネージャーとして3年以上且つ、複数のお客様に対してプロジェクトマネジメントを実施した実績 * 10名以上のプロジェクトを牽引した実績 * プロジェクト／マネジメント技法を体系的に理解しており、要件定義工程からシステムリリースまでの一連の工程を牽引し、成功させて実績 以下プロジェクトマネジメントに関する外部資格を有する、また同等の野力を有することが望ましい * PMI-PMP * Prince2 Practioner * IPMA Level B ＜歓迎＞ * アプリケーション開発プロジェクトのプロジェクトマネジメント経験
