TikTokShop LIVE（ライブマネジメント） 主にTikTok ShopやInstagram等を活用したプロモーション案件において、インフルエンサー（KOL）の選定・キャスティングから、配信進行管理、関係性構築、およびコマーサーのマネジメントを網羅的に担当していただきます。 クライアントの課題解決に向け、エンゲージメントの高い施策を再現性高く実行し、プロジェクトを成功に導くコアメンバーとしての役割を担います。 業務内容 ① キャスティング・インフルエンサーマーケティング業務 関係構築・コミュニケーション：公式LINE等への移行案内、詳細条件の提示、サンプルリクエスト（TAPリンク共有等）の案内、およびクリエイターからの質問・FAQ対応。 投稿・配信進行管理：投稿スケジュールの調整、必須訴求ポイントの遵守確認、公開後のステータス確認・効果検証。 ② プラットフォーム運用・アカウント管理 セラーセンター等の運用：TikTok Partner Centerやセラーセンター等のシステムを活用したプロモーションの複製・新規設定、クリエイター紐付け、公開作業。 データ管理：自社ツール（AnyTag等）や管理シート（PO表等）のリアルタイムな更新、ステータス管理。 ③ チームマネジメント・業務委託管理 コマーサーのディレクション：キャスティングやデータ入力を担当する業務委託メンバーへの業務引き継ぎ、マニュアル作成、日々の進捗管理および相談・クエリへの対応。 業務フローの最適化：チーム全体の生産性を高めるための業務効率化、およびインフルエンサーへの返信率向上のためのアプローチ文章の改善。 応募要件 【必須要件（MUST）】 Googleスライド・スプレッドシートの高度な実務経験（コスト管理表への入力、売上進捗の管理、レポーティング資料の作成が自走できるレベル） オンラインでのコミュニケーション（Slack等）がスムーズに行え、丁寧なテキストコミュニケーション（投稿指示書の作成や議事録記載など）ができる方 マルチタスクが得意で、タスク管理・進行管理（KOLアサイン〜投稿、LIVE配信のウォッチ・プロモーション設定など）が漏れなく行える方 基本的な数値管理に抵抗がない方（コストや売上進捗の意識を持てる方） 【歓迎条件（WANT）】 予算周りの設計や管理（固定費/粗利/発注額など）の実務経験、またはビジネス数値の管理経験 ライブコマース（LIVE配信）の企画・運営、キャスティングに関わった経験 広告業界、またはブランドPR担当としての実務経験 インフルエンサー施策やSNS運用のディレクション、レポーティング資料の作成経験 ルーティンワーク（コスト管理表への記載など）も正確かつ几帳面にこなせる方 変化の早いSNSのトレンド（TikTok等）を日々追っている方 求める人物像（Ideal Candidate） オーナーシップを持てる方：自身の担当ブランドやタスクに対し、責任感を持って主体的に進められる方。 柔軟性とスピード感のある方：トレンドの変化が激しいSNS業界において、臨機応変かつ迅速に対応できる方。 細部へのこだわりがある方：IDの間違いや必須条件の漏れがないよう、確認を怠らない丁寧な仕事ができる方。
