ERMは世界40カ国に8,000人以上の専門家が在籍する世界最大級の独立系サステナビリティーコンサルティングファームです。1971年から環境問題、社会問題、サステナビリティーに関連するプロジェクトを専門として手掛けてきた歴史と実績が高く評価されており、この領域のリーダーとして認知されております。 脱炭素戦略、気候変動対策支援、サステナビリティー戦略などのアドバイザリー領域から、環境社会影響評価、土壌地下水汚染対策、環境デューデリジェンスなど専門的な調査領域まで、幅広くクライアントのニーズに応じてサービスを提供し、高い評価を得ております。 世界的に環境社会問題やサステナビリティーへの関心の高まりから、弊社へのプロジェクト依頼件数は増え続けており、順調にビジネスを拡大しています。 今回、ERMでは、ESGやM&Aに関するプロジェクト、調査をリードできるコンサルタントを募集しています。勤務地は横浜/東京オフィスです。 主な仕事内容 商社等の民間企業に対し、ESGリスク評価（サプライチェーン上のリスクを含む）、国際的な法規制や認証等の動向調査、サステナビリティ関連対策（気候変動、自然資本、サーキュラーエコノミー等）の計画・実施等をリードする。 国内外の複数拠点を対象としたESG DD案件をリードする。クライアントや弁護士、財務アドバイザーと協力し、ESGに関する課題（EHSコンプライアンス、修復、負債コスト見積もり、PMIなど）を解決する。 ERMのグローバルチームと連携したクロスボーダー案件にて、プロジェクトにおける予算・スケジュールを管理、クライアントとのコミュニケーションを行う。 クライアントのESG分野でのイノベーションを推進し、クライアントのニーズを開拓、対応する。ERMのビジネスを拡大。 日本オフィスでチームを育成・管理し、メンターとしてメンバーの成長をサポート。 必須要件 学士号（修士号や関連資格があれば尚可） コンサルティングまたは関連分野での実務経験7年以上ある方 環境・ESG分野における専門知識（気候変動、自然資本、サーキュラーエコノミー、サプライチェーンマネジメントなど） 環境リスクやEHSコンプライアンスに関する知識 日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：ビジネスレベル チームマネジメントおよびプロジェクトマネジメントの経験 歓迎要件 年間100万ドル以上の売上実績、大規模案件の獲得経験（クロスボーダー取引経験歓迎） クライアントニーズの把握から提案書作成、プロジェクト実施までをリードした経験 リスクを的確に分析し、ビジネスチャンスへと転換できる力 求める人物像 戦略的な視点で課題を捉え、成長機会を創出できる方 多様な価値観を尊重し、協働して成果を出せる方 変化に柔軟に対応できる方 ERM is one of the world’s largest independent sustainability consulting
