About ZEISS ZEISSグループは、創業者のカール ツァイスが1846年にドイツ東部の都市、イエナに開設した精密機器および光学部品の工房から急成長を遂げました。日本では1911年にカールツァイス株式会社が設立され、約400人の従業員が5つの事業所で販売とサービスを提供しています。ZEISS日本は半導体、自動車、機械工学、生物医学研究、医療技術のパートナーであり、眼鏡レンズやカメラレンズ、双眼鏡の大手メーカーでもあります。 職務内容 シニアフィールドサービスエンジニアとして、カールツァイスPCSシステムの設置、予防保守（Preventative Maintenance）、修正保守（Corrective Maintenance）、一般的な維持および修理を担当します。 1 ZEISS製の3D Tomo検査システム及び周辺機器のトラブルシューティング 2 顧客への作業報告（サービスレポート） 3 ドイツ本社とのコミュニケーション（作業内容のすり合わせ、作業結果の報告、問題の報告） 4 定期メンテナンス、消耗品交換（カラム部品交換、ビーム調整） 5 顧客/ツァイス会議に参加する。 6 新規サービスプロセスの立会い、評価、テストを実施する。 7 Multi SEMを顧客装置に組付け、調整 募集要項 必須スキル・経験 - 英語力（読み書き、オーラル共） - エンジニアとしてのバックグラウンド (特に必要) - トラブルシュート、問題解決、原因調査 - 装置修理のため、50lbsの重量を持ち上げられ、長時間作業ができることかがんだり中腰になったり跪いたり体をひねったり寝そべったりできること - 国内外への出張が可能なこと -
