【職務内容 / Job Description】 本ポジションは、イベントワークフロー最適化に向けたソリューション導入およびチェンジマネジメントをリードする管理職ポジションです。主な役割として、関連プロセスの運用定着、継続的な改善・エンハンスメント、ステークホルダー調整、ならびにグローバルチームとの連携による関連プロセスの最適化を担っていただきます。 加えて、イベントワークフロー最適化にとどまらず、より広い業務改善やオペレーション最適化を推進する役割も期待されています。Office 365、Power Platform、Power Automate、Copilot等のAI・デジタルツールを活用しながら、業務の効率化、標準化、自動化、生産性向上を推進し、継続的なオペレーション高度化に貢献いただきます。 また、インサイツ＆ビジネスエクセレンス本部において部門横断のイニシアチブや課題解決をサポートいただくことを目的にPMOとしてプロジェクト管理を行っていただくことも期待しています。将来的には、組織体制や事業ニーズに応じてPeople Managerとしてチームを率いる役割を担う可能性もあります。 ＜主な業務内容＞ ・イベントワークフロー最適化に向けたソリューション導入の推進 関係部門と連携しながら業務要件を整理し、最適なソリューション導入を計画・推進します。導入後の活用促進や安定運用の実現まで一貫してリードします。 ・チェンジマネジメントの企画・実行 新たなプロセスやツール活用を組織に浸透・定着させるため、関係者への働きかけ、コミュニケーション設計、課題対応を含むチェンジマネジメントを主導します。 ・新プロセス運用の定着化および継続改善の推進 導入後の運用状況を把握し、課題抽出、改善提案、エンハンスメント計画の策定および実行を通じて、継続的な改善を推進します。 ・業務改善およびオペレーション最適化の推進 イベント関連プロセスに限らず、周辺業務や関連オペレーションも含めて、業務プロセスの見直し、標準化、効率化、高度化を推進します。 ・ステークホルダーコミュニケーションのリード 関係部門や関連担当者と連携し、進捗共有、課題整理、合意形成、期待値調整を行いながら、プロジェクト推進を支えます。 ・AI・デジタルツールを活用した業務改善・自動化の推進 Office 365、Power Platform、Power Automate、Copilot等を活用し、業務の効率化、標準化、自動化、生産性向上に向けた施策を企画・推進します。 ・各種リクエスト・問合せ対応のタスクマネジメント ソリューションに関連するリクエストや問合せ内容を整理し、優先順位付け、進捗管理、必要に応じたエスカレーションを行いながら、適切な対応を推進します。 ・グローバルチームとの協業による関連プロセスの最適化 グローバルチームと連携し、一部関連プロセスの標準化、改善、最適化を推進します。英語での会議、資料作成、調整業務が発生します。 ・インサイツ＆ビジネスエクセレンス本部のPMOとして、部門横断のイニシアチブや課題解決をサポート 主担当領域に加え、事業ニーズや組織方針に応じて、本部における部門横断の施策や重点テーマについて、PMOとして推進支援、進捗管理、課題整理、関係者調整を担います。 ■ 応募資格(経験、資格等) / Qualification (Experience &
