ロールについて（About the role） MongoDB では、戦略的なパートナーシップを通じてビジネスを成長させていく情熱と主体性を持ち、強い成果志向で行動できるプロフェッショナルを求めています。 シニア／プリンシパル パートナー スペシャリストは、日本市場全体においてクラウドおよびシステムインテグレーター（SI）との高いインパクトを持つパートナー戦略を推進し、新たな収益機会につながるパートナーシップを開拓・育成する役割を担います。 日本を代表するパートナー各社や当社のセールスチームと密接に連携し、案件の推進を加速させるとともに、パートナーのケイパビリティを高め、このダイナミックな市場における MongoDB のプレゼンス強化に貢献していただきます。 近く日本法人の立ち上げを予定しており、ハイブリッドな勤務形態に対応できる首都圏（東京エリア）在住の候補者の方とお話ししたいと考えています。 主な業務内容（What you will be doing） 日本市場全体を対象に、ローカル SI およびグローバル SI（NTT、富士通、NEC、CTC、EY、PwC、Infosys、TCS、Wipro など）を含むクラウド（AWS、Microsoft Azure、Google Cloud など）および SI パートナー向けの戦略を立案・実行する 成長機会を創出し、双方にメリットのある関係を構築するため、有力なパートナーとの関係を開拓・強化し、継続的に育成する クラウドパートナー、ローカル／グローバル SI、ISV パートナーを通じて、新規見込み顧客の発掘・案件化・パイプライン構築を主体的かつ継続的に行う エンタープライズ セールスチームと連携し、案件のクロージングをリードして、月次・四半期・年間のブッキング目標を達成／超過達成する クラウドおよび戦略的 SI パートナーとのエンゲージメントをリードし、パートナーが保有する営業・プリセールス・デリバリーの各機能を強化することで、「ケイパビリティと認定を備えたパートナーを通じてお客様価値を拡大する」という当社の戦略を実現する
