Location(s) Kanoya, Kagoshima Company Molex Career Field Engineering Job Number 192312 Your Job 測定法開発・測定エンジニア / Measurement & Methodology Engineer Our Team 鹿児島工場は、C&CS（コネクタ・ケーブル・システム）事業部内において、コネクタ製造の一貫工程を擁し、最新技術を駆使して数多くの市場向け製品を量産しています。現在、付加価値の高い製品の導入が進められており、将来的にはC&CSの標準製品を海外工場へ展開していく計画です。同工場の生産技術部門内に設置されたプロジェクト管理グループは、新製品の導入・量産、既存製品の試作管理、製品原価および資産の管理、製造に必要な情報・文書の整備・管理、ならびに国内外拠点への製品移管業務を担っています。業務の性質上、製造に関わるあらゆる部門と直接的・間接的に連携する機会が多く、製造業における専門知識や経験を深めることができます。連携先は、製品戦略部門、PJM（プロジェクトマネジメント）部門、設備設計部門、調達部門、品質保証・管理部門、および各工程の製造部門など多岐にわたり、部門横断的な業務を行っています。近年では、製造業務の一部がCCS事業部の海外拠点（韓国、上海、マレーシア、ベトナム）へ移管されており、PJMメンバー間での情報共有をはじめとするグローバルな活動も展開されています。神奈川県横浜市にある日本本社は、静岡、鹿児島、上海、韓国などの各拠点におけるCCS事業部の製造技術部門を統括する中枢機能を担っており、製品設計、調達、製品・製造戦略といった部門が集約されています。 What You Will Do 1. Measurement Methodologyの構築 ・精密成形品、光コネクタ、MT Ferruleなどの測定戦略の立案 ・CTQ（Critical To Quality）の定義 ・測定機の選定と測定環境の構築 ・製品特性に応じた測定方法および測定条件の設計 ・コントロールプランの策定(検査頻度、サンプリング方法、判定基準の設定等) ・開発から量産まで適用可能な測定標準の構築
