About this Position ファイナンス部門は、会社のお金を管理するだけでなく、数字を通じて経営判断を支える重要な役割を担っています。 本インターンシップは、主に HAT Business Controlling（管理会計）チームでの業務となります。経理業務とは異なり、予算策定、業績予測（Forecast）、予実分析、事業分析などを通じて、経営層や事業部門の意思決定を支援します。 What you´ll do ファイナンスチームの一員として、以下のサポート業務を担当いただきます。 予算策定業務のサポート•実績報告レポートの作成サポート 予算と実績の比較分析（予実分析） 売上・利益に関するデータ集計および分析•経営資料やプレゼンテーション資料の作成• その他、ファイナンス部門の日常業務サポート この仕事で得られる経験 企業における数字の見方・考え方 売上・利益分析の基礎 予算管理と業績管理の仕組み 経営判断と財務データの関係 グローバル企業におけるファイナンス業務 Excelを活用したデータ分析スキル レポーティング・資料作成スキル 売上や利益の分析、予算管理を通じて、数字がどのように経営の意思決定につながるのかを実践的に学ぶことができます。 What makes you a good fit 必須要件 大学または大学院に在籍中の方 日本語で円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方 Microsoft Excel、PowerPointの基本操作ができる方 数字を扱うことやデータ分析に興味のある方 歓迎要件 英語でのコミュニケーションスキルをお持ちの方
