【Your Day to Day】 • マーケティングコミュニケーションズマネージャーおよびダイレクターの要件に合わせ、カード・フライヤー・ポスターなどのホテル販促物のデザインおよび制作を行う • 写真・映像撮影をエンドツーエンドで管理する：オペレーションチームとの調整、ビジュアルコンセプトの作成、スタイリングおよびデコレーションの準備、当日の撮影進行・スケジュール管理 • マーケティングコミュニケーションズマネージャーおよびダイレクターの支援のもと、ブランドコンプライアンス確認のための校正とフィードバックを行う • SNSプラットフォーム向けに通常フィード投稿、リール、カルーセルなどの革新的なコンテンツコンセプトを生み出す • ラグジュアリーゲストの期待に応えるコンテンツのクオリティ向上に向けたクリエイティブなアイデアを提案する • ホテルの集中写真・映像ライブラリを整備・管理する • ブローシャー・プレゼンテーション資料・月次プロモーションポスター・バナー・リーフレット・随時アナウンス素材など、社内POS（販売促進）ツールおよびコラテラルを担当・管理する • ブランドの一貫性とクオリティを担保するため、すべてのマーケティング販促物の定期監査とメンテナンスを実施する 【必要スキル・条件】 • 実績のある経験：クリエイティブまたはコンテンツ制作の類似職種における実績。ラグジュアリーホスピタリティまたはプレミアムブランド環境での経験があれば尚可（必須ではない） • エンドツーエンドの制作管理：コンセプト立案から撮影、編集、最終納品まで、写真・映像プロジェクト全工程を管理する能力 • マルチチャネルコンテンツ制作：多様なクリエイティブ素材、マーケティングコラテラル、モバイル最適化SNSコンテンツを幅広く制作できる能力 • ブランド理解とクリエイティビティ：グローバルブランドガイドラインを厳守しながら、新しいビジュアルスタイルを探求・実験する好奇心と創造性を持ち合わせる能力 • トレンドへの感度：SNSプラットフォーム、アルゴリズム、最新のデジタル・クリエイティブトレンドへの深い理解 • 語学力：日本語ネイティブ（またはJLPT N1相当）、ビジネスレベルの英語コミュニケーション能力 • 対人スキル：クロスファンクショナルな同僚や外部パートナーとの協働において、優れた共感力・感情的知性・コラボレーション能力を発揮できる
