Job Summary : Neurology BUで管轄する製品の発売準備、マーケティング戦略の策定・変更、マーケティングミックス資料、アンブランドキャンペーン、 疾患啓発、医療・市場アクセスプロジェクトなど、グローバルおよび地域のビジネス⽬標・⽬的に沿った複数のチャネルを通じた戦術を担 当する。機能横断的な部⾨との連携・調整をリードし、地域のRegional HeadやAccout Executiveなど、ビジネスユニット内の関 係者とのコミュニケーションを図る。 ICP（Integrated Customer Plan）、AOP（Annual Operational Plan）、OPEXのすべ てのプロセスを管理し、中⻑期および短期のマーケティングプランを策定・実施して、予算内の収益と市場・患者シェアを予算内のコスト で達成する。 Principle Accountabilities : １）製品発売マーケティング戦略の策定 ２）製品上市のためのマルチファンクショナルチームの主導 ３）製品 チームメンバーとしてバイオジェン・ジャパンを代表する ４）クラストラッキングフレームワーク（CRM）で最良のものを確⽴する ５）マーケティング費⽤の管理（特に、external expense予実管理 Minimum Requirements Skills/Behaviors (refer to Career Framework) 1)独⽴して機能し、最低限の指導により業務を遂⾏する;プロジェクトを主導したり、従業員、社員、顧客に対する継続的な活動や技 術的ガイダンス、⽬標の説明責任を負える資質、問題を解決する;⽅針、⼿順、部⾨計画に従って意思決定と問題解決を⾏うことが できる能⼒がある
