Job Description Neurology Account Executive (NAE) は、Neurology BUのリージョンに所属し、担当テリトリーにおける、MS/SMA製品の販売目標を達成することに責任を持つ。会社の方針に従い、BU販売目標およびマーケティング戦略の実行を役割とする。Nuerology Regional Head (NRH)の指示のもと、リージョンメンバーと協力してリージョンの治療の最適化、ビジネスの最大化を目指す。また、リージョン内のみならず、他リージョン・他部門とのコラボレーションを推進する。 Principal Accountabilities: １） 担当テリトリーのTMP (Territory Management Plan) を策定し、MS/SMA領域の戦略に基づいたアクションを実行し、販売目標を達成する。Detailing、説明会、P2Pプログラムなどの営業活動を集中的に実行し、ターゲット施設におけるバイオジェン製品の価値を最大化する。 ２）NRH、NAEと協力して、リージョンのプラン実行に積極的に貢献する。ターゲット施設に対してはMSLと連携して、バイオジェン製品を用いた最適な治療を提案する。担当リージョンのKME、スピーカー育成をメディカル、マーケティングと連携しながらリードする。 ３）MR業務の推進・実行：i) EPPV活動の管理、ii) PMS活動、iii) 副作用情報を収集し、これに関する関連部門へのフィードバック Qualifications 必須要件： Skills/Behaviors (refer to Career Framework): １）戦略的思考（分析・課題・解決策） ２）リーダーシップスキル ３）コラボレーション（他部門との連携） Minimum Experience Requirements: １)
