【WATCHMAN事業部】WM Sales ＜職務の目的＞ WATCHMAN(以後WM)の臨床位置の確立し、標準化治療のポジションを築く。 ＜職務の責任＞ WMの利点を最大化し、臨床使用に繋げる高い臨床的/製品知識があり、顧客のニーズに応じて症例立ち合いやコンサルティングを行う ＜職務概要＞ • 症例を通じた製品の安全使用臨床位置の確立 • 製品の使用を最大化するために、高い製品知識、臨床知識を保持し、正確な製品知識と添付文書の理解をしたうえで、HCPのニーズ、レベルに応じた質の高いコミュニケーションの実施 • 症例成功のためのHCPへのコンサルテーション • 症例獲得のための継続的な情報収集、必要な関係者へのタイムリーな情報共有 • 製品の適正使用を最大化するための定期的な病院訪問とHCPとの関係構築 •あらゆるHCP 病院関係者に対する製品の情報提供 • 社内外教育に関わる資料の作成 • WACHMAN営業社員への情報提供や社内トレーニングの実施 ＜求められるスキル・技能・資格＞ ・新規ビジネスを立ち上げる、新しい手技を広めることへの熱意があり、チームとして施設戦略を考え、関係者を巻き込みながら実行できる ・高いレベルのコミュニケーション（傾聴）スキル、プレゼンテーションスキル ・高い臨床的、製品的、EBM的な知識があり、常に新しい情報を自ら学び、伝える姿勢がある ・臨床ニーズに応じた、またクロスファンクショナルなプロジェクト/イベントの企画、実行 ・品質/リーガルコンプライアンスの理解 ＜必要とされる経験＞ ・医療業界における営業またはクリニカル経験3年以上 ・医師との学術的なコミュニケーション(情報提供）またはコンサルティングの経験3年以上 ＜ボーナスプラン＞ ・Sales Incentive Plan
