Eコマース戦略の策定と売上成長の推進ブランド戦略を具現化するオンラインビジネス戦略を策定する。Eコマースマネージャー/ディレクターの戦略に則り、特定の顧客層に向けた通信販売戦略を定め、ブランドのアイデンティティと目標に沿った新規ビジネスのインキュベーション（育成）と市場でのブランド成長を確実にすることで、ブランドのオンラインおよびマルチチャネル売上を増加させる。各オンラインチャネルの戦略を策定・実行し、自社E－フラッグシップサイト、e－ショップ・イン・ショップ、e－リテール、e－テイルサイトを含む全てのチャネルの売上、収益性、および成長を推進する。各オンラインチャネルの年間および月次の販売目標とその他の重要業績評価指標（KPI）を設定、監視し、達成する。2. マーケティングとブランド体験の最適化マーケティングプランと連携し、マーケティングチームと協力して、各オンラインチャネルのマーケティングカレンダー（ローンチ日、キャンペーン、プロモーション、オウンドメディアのコミュニケーションカレンダー）とE－マーチャンダイジング戦略を最適化する。[E－フラッグシップサイトにおいて] 質の高いコンテンツ、サービス、およびeDM（メールマガジン）を提供することで、ブランドのフラッグシップとしてのコミュニケーションと顧客体験（CX）のレベルを高める。各チャネルの担当者と連携し、ブランドのアイデンティティとコミュニケーションに沿ったブランディングが他のオンラインチャネルでも確実に維持されるよう努める。3. パフォーマンス分析と改善オンラインチャネル全体の顧客体験と購買経路（購入ファネル）を監視し、購入率（購入頻度、コンバージョン、平均注文単価）を改善するためのデータ専門知識を提供し、戦略の展開と調整に役立てる。サイトおよびビジネスのパフォーマンスを追跡・測定し、プログラムの投資収益率（ROI）を向上させる。顧客満足度（NPS、消費者コメント、レビュー）を追跡・測定する。4. チームと部門間の連携サポートチームメンバー（直属の部下、他オンラインプラットフォーム担当者、UI/UX担当者）が他の部門と円滑かつ効率的に連携し、最大限のパフォーマンスを発揮できるようサポートする。...
