Company Overview: 真剣にパートナーを見つけたいと考えている方に向けた恋活・婚活マッチングアプリ 「Pairs（ペアーズ）」の企画から運営までを行なっています。2012年に日本でサービスを開始し、2013年に台湾版、2025年に韓国版をリリースしました。累計登録数は2,700万(※2026年4月時点)を超え、多くの方にご利用いただいています。また、これまでにのべ90万人以上の方がPairsを通じて、かけがえのないお相手を出会っています。 Job Summary: AI Team は、ペアーズの安心・安全（Trust & Safety）を守るモデレーションや、推薦など、AI を活用したプロダクトを開発・運用するチームです。テキスト・画像の審査、違反報告の判定、不正検知などを担う LLM / 機械学習アプリケーションを、Kubernetes を中心とした AWS / Google Cloud 上の基盤で動かしています。 本ポジションの MLOps Engineer は、AI Team の一員として各 AI プロダクトのチームに入り込み（Embedded SRE に近い働き方です）、プロダクトの信頼性と開発スピードの両立に責任を持ちます。Kubernetes クラスタ本体、クラスタ上の共通コンポーネント、オンライン推論 API・非同期ワーカー・バッチ・継続学習パイプラインまでを、一貫したオーナーシップを持って担当します。SRE・セキュリティ・プライバシーの各チームやプロダクトチームと連携しながら、AI プロダクトを支える基盤を整えていきます。 モデルの研究開発そのものではなく、「AI プロダクトを本番で安定して動かし続け、速く安全に改善できる状態をつくる」ことが主なミッションです。コーディングエージェントや
