職務概要 シニアコンサルタントとして、安全・リスク分野における技術プロジェクトをリードし、クライアントとの関係構築および若手メンバーの育成を担います。規制要件やクライアントの期待に応える高品質な分析、レポート、提言を提供するとともに、ERMのSafety & Riskチームの成長と事業拡大に貢献します。 このポジションの魅力 ERMでアジア太平洋地域、特に日本の安全な事業運営を支える 急速に変化するアジア太平洋地域において、企業の安全かつ持続可能な事業運営を支援する重要な役割です。プロセスセーフティ、HAZOPレビュー、SIL評価、高度なリスクモデリングなどの専門知識を活かし、グローバル企業の重要な意思決定を支援します。 法令遵守への対応に加え、人命・資産・環境を守るためのリスク管理戦略の策定にも携わり、クライアントの持続可能な成長に貢献します。各プロジェクトを通じて業界の安全基準向上を推進し、より安全でレジリエントな社会の実現を目指します。 このポジションで実現できること 社会的インパクトの大きなプロジェクトに携わりながら、高品質なコンサルティングサービスを提供し、クライアントの事業課題の解決を支援します。クライアントとの長期的な関係構築を通じて、自身の専門性や知見を提案に反映し、新たな価値創出につなげることができます。 また、ERMの協働と継続的な学習を重視する環境の中で、専門性の向上に加え、若手メンバーの育成やチームの成長にも主体的に関与します。クライアントとERM双方に対する長期的な価値創出を担うポジションです。 主な業務内容 安全・リスクプロジェクトを主導し、スコープ・予算・スケジュールを遵守したプロジェクト遂行 以下を含む高度な技術解析の実施 定量的リスク評価（QRA） Excelおよび専門ソフトウェアを活用したリスク分析 ガス拡散・煙拡散シミュレーション パイプラインリスク評価および費用対効果分析 Safety Integrity Level（SIL）評価 リスク低減および操業安全性向上に向けた設計改善提案 設備概要やFormal Safety Assessmentを含む包括的なセーフティケースの作成 HAZID、HAZOP、LOPA、Bowtie、ALARPなどの安全性評価ワークショップの準備・ファシリテーション・報告 分析結果や計算根拠を明確に示した高品質なレポート作成 ERMのPartner-in-ChargeおよびProject Managerのプロジェクト運営や顧客対応を支援 ジュニアコンサルタントの育成およびチーム開発への貢献 応募資格 必須要件 工学系学士号（化学、機械、プロセス工学等） 修士号または専門資格保有者歓迎 Safety & Riskコンサルティング分野における5～9年程度の実務経験 関連法規制および業界基準に関する知識
