Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all areas of the firm to deliver banking, sales and trading and asset management capabilities to clients around the world. Alongside this vital service delivery role, Operations provides essential risk management and control, preserving and enhancing the firm’s assets and its reputation. For every trade agreed, every new product launched or market entered, every transaction completed, it is Operations that develops the processes and controls that makes business flow.
JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Asia Listed Derivatives team comprises of three sub functions focusing on different aspects of the Listed Derivative business.
The Client Clearing Services (CCS) team is a sub function of the Listed Derivative Operations team. This function provides client support to Hedge Fund and Institutional clients who execute on Listed Derivatives
Exchanges. The primary responsibility of the CCS team is to offer day to day support for our clients and partner with them to improve overall clearing service. CCS responsibilities continue to grow as further products enter the Clearing market, for example OTC Derivatives. Enhancing the Client Experience is a cornerstone for the team’s strategic future. The team acts in partnership with a wide variety of groups across the firm globally with daily interaction with the wider Operations teams, Business , Sales, Technology, Legal and Compliance.
The team is heavily involved in new product initiatives and process improvement to streamline our support model. This role gives plenty of opportunities to work in a dynamic team and to contribute to providing an outstanding Operations Client Experience.
