【具体的な業務内容】 ニセコという土地柄、チームメンバーは国籍・文化・雇用形態ともに非常に多様であり、グローバル基準と日本の労務実務の両立が求められる環境です。人事部長と密に連携しながら、日常のオペレーションのみならず、労務業務全般および労務チームメンバーの指導・育成、HR業務全般（採用、入退社手続、就労ビザ手続き、安全衛生管理、寮管理、福利厚生など）、人材開発・教育施策の企画および運営サポート、 人事部長へのレポーティング（人員計画、タレントマネジメント、労務状況、ヘッドオフィスとの連携等）、HR関連予算の策定・管理サポート、チームメンバーからの相談対応（ハラスメント対応含）、キャリアアドバイスの提供のようにより上流の人事マネジメント領域にも段階的に関与していただきます。 ・ 労務領域を中心としたプレイングマネージャーとしての実務遂行 ・ 人事部長の右腕として、日常的な意思決定・課題整理への参画 ・ 多国籍スタッフ対応を含むHRオペレーション全般の統括補佐 ・ 組織拡大・変化に伴う人事課題の顕在化、改善提案 ・ 将来的な人事戦略・制度設計・マネジメント業務の段階的引き継ぎ • 6年以上の人事経験（ジェネラリストまたはスペシャリストいずれも可）で人事実務（特に労務）を一通り自走できる方 • 人事チームでのリーダー以上の経験（例：チームリーダー、アシスタントマネージャー、課長） • ビジネスレベルの英語力 → 会話：社内会議、プレゼン、面談対応ができるレベル → 読み書き：英語メールや資料作成ができるレベル •ホスピタリティ業界またはB2C（一般顧客向けビジネス）企業での勤務経験（例：ホテル、航空会社、サービス業等） •300名ほどの企業（本社または事業所規模）での人事経験 •ヒルトンのミッションおよびバリューへの共感 •将来的にマネジメント・人事責任者ポジションを目指したい方 •俯瞰的に状況分析ができ、法令のみならず組織のニーズに応じて、論理性と現場に配慮した解決策を提案できる方 •ビジネスニーズの変化に応じた組織作りに貢献し、人と組織の成長に尽力することに喜びを見いだせる方 •困難な状況でも、自身で解決策を見出し率先して行動する方 •英語環境・多国籍組織での業務に前向きな方 【歓迎条件】 •衛生管理者資格保持者（第一種・二種問わず） •自衛消防業務講習修了者 •自家用車での通勤を強くお勧めします（公共交通機関が限定されるため）...
