Position Summary The Director, Global Rewards, will work closely with the Executive Officer, SVP of Global Human Resources for the design, governance, implementation, and continuous improvement of the companys global compensation, equity, recognition, and reward programs.
グローバル産業機器メーカーにて、日本法人の経理業務全般を担当いただくシニアアカウンタントポジションです。APACおよび米国チームと連携しながら、決算・財務報告・コンプライアンス対応に加え、SAP導入やPre-IPO関連プロジェクトにも携わっていただきます。 企業情報 当社クライアントは、産業・製造分野でグローバルに事業を展開する外資系メーカーです。現在、グループ全体で事業拡大と経営基盤強化を進めており、財務ガバナンスの向上や業務プロセスの標準化を推進しています。日本法人も成長フェーズにあり、グローバルチームと密接に連携しながら事業拡大を支える重要な役割を担っています。 職務内容 * 日本法人における経理業務全般の担当 * 月次・四半期・年次決算業務 * 売掛金・買掛金管理および銀行関連業務 * 勘定科目残高の照合および各種リコンシリエーション * キャッシュフロー予測の作成・管理 * KPIレポートおよび月次財務レポートの作成 * US GAAPおよび日本会計・税務要件への対応 * 税務申告および監査対応のサポート * 外部税理士・監査法人との連携 * APAC・米国本社とのコミュニケーションおよびレポーティング * SAP導入プロジェクトへの参画 * Pre-IPO関連の財務プロジェクト支援 * 各種アドホック分析および業務改善プロジェクトへの参加 理想の人材 * 経理・財務分野で3年以上の実務経験 * 会計システムの使用経験（SAP経験歓迎） * ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力
