Overview この度、AIビジネスソリューション統括本部内に、Agentic Business Applicationチームを新設いたします。本チームは、AI時代における業務の「やり方そのもの」を再定義し、市場を創出していくことをミッションとします。大規模かつ戦略的な案件に取り組み、お客様の業務変革を実現する専門チームです。今回募集するポジションは、本チームの中核を担うAgentic AI Business Applications Consultantです。 本ロールにおいては、「業務変革 × AI（Dynamics 365 / Copilot / Agent等）」を通じて、企業の競争力そのものを変革することが期待されます。Microsoftのプラットフォームを活用し、業務プロセスや意思決定の在り方を再設計しながら、戦略・業務・テクノロジーを横断的に捉え、変革テーマの定義から実行推進まで一貫して関与していただきます。 また、Microsoftでは“Growth Mindset”を重要なカルチャーとしており、新たなテクノロジーや未知の領域に挑戦し続ける姿勢を高く評価します。 これまでコンサルタントとして培ってきた課題構造化力や変革推進力を活かし、AIとデータを活用した次世代の業務変革（Agentic Transformation）を共に推進していきたい方を歓迎します。Responsibilities 1. 業務変革構想の推進（Strategy / Transformation） 顧客の経営課題・業界課題を構造化し、AIを活用した業務変革テーマの策定をリードまたは主体的に推進 Dynamics 365、Copilot、AI Agents等を活用した次世代の業務モデル（Agentic ERP/CRM）の構想 業務プロセス・意思決定・オペレーティングモデルの再設計をプロジェクト内で推進 CxO・事業責任者との対話に関与し、変革ビジョンの具体化および合意形成を推進 2. ソリューション提案・ビジネスケース構築 AI × Business Applicationsを軸とした提案活動において、主要メンバーとしてリードまたは主体的に推進
