Overview 世界中の企業で利用されている Active Directory や認証基盤の内部動作を深く理解し、お客様が直面する最も複雑な技術課題を解決する仕事です。 障害の原因がネットワークなのか、認証なのか、セキュリティなのか、製品の実装なのか。仮説を立てながら真相を追いかける、まるで技術者向けの探偵のような役割です。 Microsoft Customer Service & Support （CSS） の Technical Support Engineer は、単に既知の解決策を案内する役割ではありません。お客様のシステムで発生する複雑な技術課題に対して、ログ、ネットワークトレース、イベント、構成情報、プロトコル仕様などを活用し、仮説と検証を重ねながら根本原因と最適な解決策を導き出します。 また、 Technical Support Engineer の魅力は、「常に最先端の技術に触れ、学ぶことができる環境が整っていること」です。純粋に技術を追求し、国内のみならず世界における製品の第一人者になれる、非常に魅力的な職種です。 CSS の Active Directory Services チームは、Active Directory、認証、グループポリシー、PKI、Hybrid Identity など、企業の ID 管理とセキュリティを支える中核技術を担当します。 これらの技術は、ユーザーがシステムへサインインする、複数の拠点でディレクトリ情報を同期する、アプリケーションやサービスへ安全にアクセスする、証明書を利用して通信やデータを保護するといった、多くの企業活動の基盤となっています。 問題の解決には、Windows Server、ネットワーク、セキュリティ、クラウドサービスなど、複数の技術領域を横断した調査が必要です。必要に応じて、国内外の専門エンジニアや Microsoft の製品開発チームと連携し、お客様のミッションクリティカルな環境を支援します。 また、私たちは AI をエンジニアの専門性を拡張する重要な手段と捉えています。AIを活用した情報整理、ナレッジ検索、ログ分析、スクリプト作成、ケース履歴の要約、ナレッジ生成などを業務プロセスに取り入れています。一方で、AIの出力をそのまま利用するのではなく、実際のログ、一次情報、再現結果に基づいて検証し、技術的に正しい判断を行うことを重視します。 Active Directory
