(English follows) 【部署の説明】 ファイナンシャル・コントロール＆マネジメント部は、会計、経費管理、支払業務、財務・規制報告、税務、管理報告ならびに企画・分析に関する業務を担当しています。 本ポジションは、同部の財務会計・報告チームに所属し、主に以下の業務を担当します。 1.四半期・年次決算、会計上の助言、関連業務の管理および監査対応 2.日本基準による財務報告および規制報告資料の作成 例：金融庁、生命保険協会向け報告 3.国税・地方税の税務申告に必要な明細資料の作成、銀行残高照合および申告対応 4.財務報告に係る内部統制 5.財務分析および国内経営陣向け報告資料の作成 6.ソルベンシー・キャピタル・レシオに関する報告資料の作成 7.リソース管理および業務管理 【職務内容】 1. 会計 財務部門および財務部門以外の各チームに対し、特にJGAAPを基準とした会計上の助言を提供する 重要性やIFRS・JGAAPなどの異なる会計基準を考慮し、専門的な会計・税務上の判断を要する事項や税務上の取扱いについて助言する 2. 定期決算 JGAAPに基づく四半期・年次決算および関連する規制報告を、期限内に完了させるための主導的な役割を担う 決算プロセス全体を指導・レビューし、他の機能・部署と連携しながら、円滑かつ期限どおりに決算を完了させる 総勘定元帳を管理し、各勘定残高の根拠を確認・立証する 税務当局による調査、外部監査人からの照会および重要資料の提出依頼に、適時に対応する 3. レポーティング JGAAPおよびESR報告の基礎となる情報の妥当性を確認・立証する JGAAPに基づく財務結果およびJ-ICSバランスシートの報告を管理する 経営陣に財務分析を提供する JGAAPに基づく財務会計・報告に関する各種事項を管理する 4. 税金計算および税務報告 地方税およびその他各種税金に関連する財務事項について、社内外の関係者と連携する 日本とオランダの税務上の取扱いについて整合を図る 5. 内部統制
