Product Research Associate Scientist 研究開発 プロダクトリサーチ アソシエートサイエンティスト Location: 神戸 Salary: 6M~8M 業務内容 プロダクトリサーチの業務は、実際にラボやフィールドなどで様々な実験/消費者ヒアリング等を行い、それらを通して仮説の検証、製品の性能確認、新製品発売に必要な様々なデータ・情報の取得等、研究開発部門で行われる技術検証に携わっていただく仕事です。 ビジネスの需要、消費者トレンド、及び市場の動きについても理解し、革新的な技術の提案を行います。提案内容に基づき、他部署や海外チームと連携を行い合意形成を実施します。 担当いただくカテゴリーはファブリックケア（柔軟剤、洗濯用洗剤など）、ホームケア（エアケア商品、台所用洗剤など）の中から適性、ビジネスニーズなどを考慮し決定させていただきます。 具体的には ・ 消費者の潜在ニーズなどを導き出すため、消費者リサーチを実施し、その結果をもとに柔軟剤の製品開発のための方向性の合意を取る ・製品開発のためのテクニカルテスト方法と実施案を作成する ・試作品の様々な製品性能試験測定（消費者試験、テクニカル性能試験、クリニカル使用試験）を実施し、試作品の性能・品質の確認を行う ・ 製品性能試験で得られたデータの解析 ・ 新しい製品性能試験の開発に伴う、実験方法の確立 ・ 新製品の発売に伴う、性能を紹介するためのデモの作成や、ビデオの制作 ・ 新製品の発売に伴う様々な書類の作成 ・海外の関係部署とディスカッションを行い、合意形成する ・新製品の販売後のトラッキング及び改善案の提案 製品開発の初期から市場投入までの一連を担当することができるので、研究開発における幅広い経験とスキルを身につけることができるポジションです。 -理系院卒の方(専門分野不問) *学部卒の方のご応募はご遠慮ください。 -日本語ネイティブレベルもしくは日本語能力試験N1保持者 -TOEIC700点程度以上もしくはビジネスレベルの英語力 -製品開発業務経験2年以上 ※消費者リサーチの経験,質的調査,量的調査の経験があればなお良し。
