バー＆ロビーラウンジマネージャー 職務内容: オペレーションの卓越性: バーラウンジの運営管理（サービスオペレーション、スタッフ監督、予約管理）。 伝統的なカクテルとモダンカクテルに精通したカクテルバーの運営。 レストランとバーの連携（オーダーの効率化、最適なサービスフローの構築）。 在庫・調達管理（ワイン、スピリッツ、食材の適切な在庫管理）。 食品安全および衛生基準の遵守（HACCP等）。 ゲストの注文を定期的にチェックし、迅速に改善対応。 ゲストエクスペリエンス & ホスピタリティ: バーラウンジにおけるプレミアムサービスの提供（ソムリエやバーテンダーと連携したペアリング提案）。 VIPゲストやホテル宿泊客への対応（カスタマイズドリンクや特別サービス）。 クレーム対応やゲストリレーションスキルを活かし、柔軟に迅速な対応を行う。 インバウンドゲスト対応能力（英語を含む多言語でのコミュニケーション）。 財務 & ビジネスマネジメント: バー運営の収益・コスト管理（P&L分析、コスト管理、予算管理）。 ドリンクの価格設定・コスト管理（ワイン、スピリッツ、シグネチャーカクテル）。 アップセル・クロスセルの推進（ペアリング提案、高級ボトル販売）。 KPI管理（売上目標、顧客満足度、テーブル回転率、客単価向上）。 飲料予算をモニタリングし、品質を損なうことなく収益性を最適化。 イベント企画 & 運営: ラウンジおよびテラススペースを活用したイベント企画・運営（シャンパン・サンセットアワー、テラスビアガーデン、ライブミュージックナイト）。 季節・テーマ別イベントの開発と実施。 マーケティング・ゲストリレーションチームとの連携による顧客エンゲージメントの強化。 イベント運営のロジスティクス管理（スタッフ配置、セッティング、ゲスト体験向上）。 チームリーダーシップ & トレーニング: バーテンダーやサービスチームの管理および育成。 サービスの高い基準を提供できるようチームのモチベーションを高める。
