With a passion for life 熱意にあふれた多様性のあるチームで、個人としてもビジネスパーソンとしても成長しませんか。Getingeの使命は、命を救う技術をより多くの人に届けることです。顧客に価値を届け、ひいては命を救うためには、チームプレイ、前進思考、ゲームチェンジができる仲間が必要です。 感動的なキャリアをお探しですか? ここにあります。 Job Overview（職務概要） DHS Project Managementとして、DHS製品・ソリューションの導入に関するプロジェクト全体を管理し、Pre-Sales支援から受注後の要件確認、システム構成検討、導入、稼働開始（GoLive）、顧客受入、サービス部門への引継ぎまでを円滑に遂行する。 顧客、代理店、営業、プロダクトマネージャー、フィールドサービス、社内関係部門および外注業者・協力会社と連携し、業務範囲、導入スケジュール、予算・原価、品質、リスク、課題および変更事項を管理する。 また、顧客要求や導入環境に応じて、システム構成の検討、要件定義および外部システムとの連携要件整理を行う。 期限および予算内での導入・運用開始を実現するとともに、顧客満足度、プロジェクト品質およびDHSビジネスの継続的な成長に貢献する。 Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties（職務内容および主要業務） 本Job Descriptionは、DHS Project Managementに共通する職務および主要業務を定めるとともに、B-3、C-4、C-5それぞれに求められる役割を示す。上位グレードは、下位グレードの職責、知識、スキル、能力を包括するものとする。 【C-5】※B-3およびC-4の職責を含んだうえで、以下を求める 大規模・複雑・戦略的重要度の高いDHS導入案件、複数施設または複数部門にまたがる案件について、プロジェクト全体の計画と実行を主導する。 複雑な顧客要求やシステム連携要件を整理し、DHS製品、サーバー、ネットワーク、データベース、インターフェースおよび外部システムを含む全体構成を踏まえ、システム設計・開発方針を策定する。 重大な遅延、品質問題、仕様変更、追加要求、外注業者・協力会社に関する問題等について影響を評価し、関係者との合意形成、是正対応およびエスカレーションを主導する。 複数案件の進捗、売上、原価、必要人員およびリスクを俯瞰し、優先順位付けおよび改善策を検討し、DHS Service Managerへ提案する。 プロジェクト管理、システム設計・開発管理、外注管理に関する標準化、改善活動、知識共有およびメンバー育成を推進する。 【C-4】※B-3の職責を含んだうえで、以下を求める 担当するDHS導入案件について、Pre-Sales支援から要件確認、システム設計・開発、導入、稼働開始（GoLive）、顧客受入、サービス部門への引継ぎまでを主体的に管理する。 顧客の業務フローおよび要求を整理し、機能要件、責任範囲（SCOPE）、システム構成、外部システム連携および必要な設計・開発内容を具体化する。
