Amazonのフルフィルメントセンター（FC）は、企業理念である“地球上で最もお客様を大切にする企業”としてのミッションである“品揃え、低価格、利便性”を実現するために、高度に自動化され多様な設備・装置が24時間365日体制で稼働しています。そこで、私たちチームに加わっていただける経験豊富な信頼性メンテナンスエンジニアリングシニアプランナーを募集しています。私たちのチームは、高度に自動化された多様な設備のメンテナンスを担うRME（Reliability Maintenance Engineering）という組織で、FCにおける設備管理・保全作業を担当し、すべての設備・装置を安定的に稼働させることで、お客様一人一人に貢献しています。また、設備・装置の保全作業だけでなく、設備性能といった技術的な視野での生産性の向上、職場環境や作業の安全性の推進や改善を行うことも重要な業務です。このRMEで私たちと一緒に働き、豊富な知識と経験を持った方を探しております。会社と共に成長し、世界中のお客様のCustomer Experienceを高めていきたいと考えております。 【More Information】：採用に関する詳細は、下記サイトをご参照ください。 ■RME-Maintenance特設HP ■メンテナンス部門紹介 ■勤務地の紹介 Key job responsibilities RMEでは、設備の安定稼動を最大化するために保全業務全般の自動化、標準化、効率化を進めながら、蓄積された膨大な保全データ履歴の解析から、持続可能で再現性のある課題解決のアプローチと効果的なソリューションを具現化し、安全で安定的な設備稼働を実現するために、APM（Asset Performance Management）と呼ばれる設備の保全管理システムを導入しています。RMEでは全国に25拠点以上あるFCでAPMに関する業務をリードするRMEプランナー(RMEP)と呼ばれるポジションがあり、RMEPは、APMシステムを介して担当するFCの全体的な設備管理、保全作業計画、およびスペアパーツの在庫管理全般を担当しています。RMEPは、他にもFC内でAPMシステムにおけるRMEチームメンバーのトレーニングやAPM内に蓄積されたデータの信頼性に責任を持ち、メトリクスやKPIを使い、設備機器におけるパフォーマンスの追跡と改善/向上を担当します。また、APMを介した他部署からの作業依頼、予防保全（PM）プログラム、プロジェクト管理、監査などの標準ワークフローの展開も担当します。 一方で、今回募集するシニアRMEプランナー (SRMEP) の役割は、RMEPに対する直接的なピープルマネジメントの責任はありませんが、RMEPが属するリージョンチームのサポートや教育を行うことで、間接的にFC運営をサポートします。具体的な仕事内容は、RMEPとは異なりRMEのCentral組織に属し、複数FCから構成されるリージョンといったアマゾンのビジネスユニットレベルを担当し、APMを活用した保全管理運営におけるタスクやプロジェクトをリードし統括管理するポジションです。SRMEPの責任範囲はJP内の担当リージョンではありますが、北米やEU、オーストラリア、インドといったグローバルと相互連携する必要があり、高い英語力とグローバルコミュニケーション能力が求められます。また、APMシステムの導入だけでなく、よりスケールするために仕組化と最適化を推進することで、設備保全の信頼性を安定的に維持管理しながら、メトリクスやKPIを駆使し、コスト最適化をリードしていく主要メンバーです。このように、SRMEPは、FCチームやグローバルRMEと密に連携しながら、APM関連の問題に対して早期解決する連絡窓口として作用することや、プロセスの標準化や仕組み化を推し進め、現場業務のデジタル化からデータドリブンな意思決定をサポートすることをリードし、組織全体の効率化とコスト最適化に貢献します。さらに、システム機能のリリースといったテクニカルリードも担います。具体的な主な仕事内容は下記の通りです。 ■APMに関するネットワークレベルのサブジェクト・マター・エキスパート (SME) となり、リージョンのRMEPをトレーニングとサポートし、ネットワークイニシアチブをリードします。 ■蓄積データの精度向上や保全データ（トラブル/コストなど）の分析を行い、メトリックス、レポート、ダッシュボードを活用したネットワーク全体における課題の発掘と提案、推進をします。 ■ステークホルダーと連携し、スペアパーツ管理、機器メンテナンス、メンテナンスルーチンのコスト削減とプロセス改善に関する取り組みを推進します。 ■グローバルと連携したプロジェクトへの参画し、システムの新機能の実装を通じて既存プロセスの標準化や新たなプロセス導入といった仕組化のプロジェクトを推進します。 ■APMシステムの利便性を向上させるための改善活動をクロスファンクションの活動として推進します。 A day in the life % of Time：Description of essential functions 1：
