Job Description 【募集背景】 自動車の電動化・知能化が進む中、車載SoCはクルマの性能・機能を支える中核技術として位置づけられています。 R-Carシリーズは、CPU、高速インタフェース、メモリ、AI／ビデオ、機能安全、セキュリティなど、多数の異なるSoC IPを高度に統合した大規模SoCとして発展を続けてきました。 当部門では、自社IP開発に加え、外部IPの選定・導入・組み込みを含めたSoC IP開発を担っており、画像処理サブシステムを中心とした中核領域の技術力強化が重要なテーマとなっています。 本募集では、画像処理サブシステム開発において、技術的な判断や設計方針策定をリードしつつ、周辺チームやIPベンダと連携しながら、開発全体を前に進められる技術リーダーを求めています。 将来的により広い責任を担うことを見据え、技術の軸を持って開発を牽引したい方に適したポジションです。 【業務内容】 車載SoC（R-Carシリーズ）における 画像処置サブシステムの仕様策定およびアーキテクチャ検討に主に携わる役割 カメラ入力と画面出力の画像処理HW-IP、メモリ周辺を含む画像処理サブシステムについて、担当領域を軸にしつつ、サブシステム全体最適の観点で設計方針の整理・検討を行う 論理設計・検証フェーズにおいて、技術的な論点整理や設計判断に関与し、開発を前に進める役割 電力・性能・信頼性などの制約条件を考慮し、SoC全体との整合を意識した技術検討・判断を行う 導入IPに関して、IPベンダと技術的なコミュニケーションを行い、仕様確認や制約条件の整理に関与 インド・ベトナム設計拠点およびIPベンダと 英語で連携しながらグローバルに開発を推進 ※就業場所の変更の範囲、従事すべき業務の変更の範囲については、選考時に詳細をお伝えいたします。 Qualifications 【MUST】 以下の いずれかの分野における、仕様検討・設計・検証・性能評価などの実務経験 - カメラ入力の画像処理HW-IP（MIPI準拠VedeoInterface、ISP（ImageSignalProsessor)、DMA(DirectMemoryAccess)等） - 画面出力の画像処理HW-IP（MIPI準拠VedeoInterface、DisplayPort、DMA(DirectMemoryAccess)等） - メモリ周辺（インターコネクト、メモリ制御、メモリIF 等） 要求仕様を踏まえて 設計方針や技術的な論点を整理し、関係者と共有した経験 論理設計・検証の流れを理解し、設計レビューや技術的な議論に主体的に関与した経験 チームや関連IP担当と連携し、技術的な合意形成に貢献できるコミュニケーション力 英語による 技術的な打ち合わせ・仕様確認に抵抗がないこと 【WANT】 サブシステム、またはIP単位での 技術的な取りまとめ・リード経験 カメラ入力と画面出力の設計・検証に関わった経験 画像処理・画像認識IP（Intellectual Property）／メモリを含む SoCインテグレーション経験 電源分離設計および物理設計（P&R）に関する知識 車載SoC開発、または 機能安全・信頼性を考慮した設計・検証の経験 IPベンダや海外拠点との 技術的な調整・折衝経験
