■ミッション 市場、疾患、患者、医療従事者に関する情報をベースに市場分析を行いBrand teamに対してBrand strategy作成に必要な提案を行う。 ■主なJob outputは、(1) 各製品の売り上げ予測、(2) 市場分析結果をベースにしたBrand strategy作成のための提案 Responsibility 1) 各製品の売り上げ予測をする。 -担当製品の予測モデルを構築する。 -市場調査やセカンダリーデータ分析結果等をもとにkey assumptionを作成する。 -将来に起こりうる各イベントの影響を加味しForecastを最終化する。 -営業の販売目標と連動したKPI（納入軒数、処方医師数、医師あたり患者数などの目標）を提供する。 2) 市場分析結果をベースにしたBrand strategy作成のための提案 -市場調査の企画と実施を行う。 -分析に必要なセカンダリーデータ情報の収集をする（セグメント、医師数、患者数、Patient journey、Stakeholder等)。 -市場調査結果とセカンダリーデータを用いた分析を行い顧客インサイトを明確にする。 -各種データを用いてBrand performanceのモニタリングと課題の同定・原因分析を行う。 3）マネジメント ※将来従事する可能性がある業務 -チームメンバーの育成・サポート -チームの業務プロセスの改善および生産性向上の推進 ■ 応募資格（経験、資格等）/ Qualification (Experience & Skill
