ポジション：Director, Drug Development Strategy (Individual Contributor) 部署：Regulatory Affairs and Drug Development Solutions (RADDS), レポート：Reports directly to RADDS Japan Head; 【部署・チーム名】 グローバルで先行していた「RADDS」（Regulatory Affairs & Drug Development Solutions）と呼ばれる新組織を日本でも始動。顧客のニーズに応じて薬事対応、開発戦略立案、臨床開発などのサービスを一体的に提供する体制を構築しました。グローバルとも連携して海外の新興バイオファーマ（EBP）を日本に呼び込むとともに、日本のバイオベンチャーの海外開発・申請をサポートします。 ポジション概要： 医薬品の製品ライフサイクル全体を見据え、臨床開発、薬事、エビデンス創出、開発品評価および事業化の観点を統合した医薬品開発戦略を策定し、クライアントの重要な意思決定を支援します。 科学的妥当性、規制上の実現可能性、商業的な目標、開発リスクおよびリソース配分を総合的に考慮し、実践的かつ価値の高い戦略的提言を提供することが本ポジションの目的です。 また、RADDS Japan Leadership Teamの一員として、医薬品開発戦略コンサルティングのケイパビリティを強化し、RADDS Japanの持続的な成長と組織運営の高度化に貢献します。 【役割への期待】 シニア戦略アドバイザーおよび医薬品開発領域のSubject Matter Expertとして、クライアントの複雑な開発課題を的確に把握し、経営層および開発責任者の意思決定に資する提言を提供することを期待します。 個々の専門領域に限定せず、臨床、薬事、科学、オペレーションおよびコマーシャルの観点を統合し、社内外の専門家をリードしながら、実行可能な開発戦略へと具体化していただきます。 加えて、RADDS Japan Leadership
