CRMを中心とした社内基幹システムを活用した担当エリアにおける新規および既存案件管理 3. 販売取引代理店との協働とマネージメント（契約締結・戦略立案・目標管理・トレーニングなど） 4. 納品後のフォローおよび顧客満足度に対する管理ならびに担当エリアのKOLや次世代ドクターと長期的な関係構築 5. 社内外の規制・ルールに対する書類作成・提出業務など 必須要件 ●営業経験3年以上 ●医療業界において提案型営業によるリード獲得から納品までの一元的な営業活動スキル ●様々なステークホルダーに対するコミュニケーションおよびプロジェクトマネージメントスキル ●Microsoft Office関連ソフト（Excel/Word/PowerPoint) ●普通自動車免許 ●日本語ネイティブ・ビジネスレベル 歓迎要件 ●眼科領域での販促経験 ●手術室や外来における立会い経験と製品デモンストレーションを行う技術スキル ●CRMなどの営業管理ツールを用いた案件管理スキル ●翻訳ツールなども活用しながら英文メールでの対応スキル 必要なコンピテンシー ＊説明責任と結果を確保するために自らプランニングし、主体性を持って実行していくこと。 ＊社内外のパートナーシップを構築し、社内関係者ならびにドクターと長期的な関係を通じて信頼を勝ち取ること。 ＊イノベーションを促進すべく、新しい技術や情報に対して積極的に勉強し、日々の活動に反映できること。 休日・休暇 有給休暇
