AWS サポートエンジニアリングチーム (旧組織名: プレミアムサポート) では、AWS のクラウドサービスを活用しているお客様を技術的に支援するクラウドサポートエンジニアを募集しています。 本ポジションは大阪勤務となります。 ■クラウドサポートエンジニアとは クラウドサポートエンジニアの仕事は「技術力でお客様のイノベーションをお手伝いすること」です。日々のお問合せ対応を通じて様々なお客様の様々なユースケースに携わることができるため自然と学び続けることができる環境です。また、お客様のお問合せから見えてくる AWS サービスの課題・改善点をサービス開発チームにフィードバックすることも重要な仕事です。他にも AWS re:Invent などのイベントでの登壇・発表などクラウドや AWS の啓蒙活動も行っています。 サポートエンジニアリングチームでは 24 時間 365 日、日本語による技術サポートを提供しています。お問合せの手段としては Web フォーム・電話・チャットを用意しています。日本語サポートチームの拠点は海外にもあり、タイムゾーンごとに複数名でカバーしているため夜間勤務の必要はありません。また終業間際に緊急度の高いお問い合わせをいただいたとしても次の拠点へ引き継ぐ体制が整っているためワークライフハーモニーが実現しやすい環境です。 ■クラウドサポートアソシエイト採用について 本ポジションは 1 ~ 3 年程度の実務経験 (エンジニア職以外も含む) をお持ちの方を対象としております。入社後はクラウドサポートアソシエイトとして 1 年程度の育成を前提としており、AWS やクラウド、IT エンジニアの経験が無い方でもトレーニングや
