ポジション概要 In-Store Marketing（ISM）スペシャリストは、卸売チャネルにおける店頭コミュニケーションを強化するため、シーズンごとのブランドイニシアティブ（フォーカス商品群やブランドメッセージ）に基づいた販促物・POPの企画、制作、展開管理を担うポジションです。 営業チーム、マーケティングチーム、VMDチームと密接に連携しながら、各アカウントおよび売場環境に適した販促施策を企画・実行し、ブランドの世界観や商品の価値を店頭で効果的に表現します。 本ポジションは、卸売ビジネスにおける売上拡大およびブランド価値向上を目的とした、店頭実行機能として重要な役割を担います。 主な業務内容 1. 店頭販促企画・制作 シーズンテーマおよびフォーカス商品に基づいた店頭販促物（POP、サイン、プロモーションツール等）の企画・制作 新店舗・コーナーリニューアルの売場計画と施工管理 ブランド戦略およびマーケティングキャンペーンと連動した店頭コミュニケーションの設計 ブランドメッセージや商品の機能・特徴を分かりやすく伝える販促ツールの開発 2. 卸売チャネルにおける販促展開 卸売アカウントの売場環境に合わせた販促物の展開設計 営業チームと連携した重点アカウントへの販促支援 店頭における販促物の設置・展開状況の確認および改善 3. 社内連携（クロスファンクショナル連携） マーケティングチームと連携し、キャンペーンや商品戦略を店頭施策へ落とし込む VMDチームと連携し、売場演出と販促メッセージの整合性を確保 営業チームと連携し、各取引先や店舗特性に応じた販促施策を実行 4. 制作・ベンダー管理 POPおよび販促ツールの制作進行管理 外部制作会社・印刷会社との調整および品質管理 販促ツールのコスト管理およびスケジュール管理 5. 店頭フィードバックと改善 店頭の販促展開状況の確認および課題抽出 営業チームおよび店舗からのフィードバック収集 次シーズンの販促施策改善への反映 応募資格（社内公募） 必須条件 3年以上勤務している方 ブランドおよび商品への理解がある方
