HOKAのブランド成長およびHOKA.COMのビジネス拡大をリードする、Integrated Media領域のシニアスペシャリストを募集します。 本ポジションは、HOKAマーケティングチームの一員として、オンライン・オフラインを横断した統合メディア戦略の企画・実行を担います。デジタル広告、SEO/SEM、リターゲティング、アフィリエイトなどのパフォーマンスマーケティングに加え、OOH、TV、プリント、タイアップなど幅広いペイドメディアを活用し、ブランド認知からエンゲージメント、コンバージョン最大化までを一貫して推進いただきます。 また、マーケティングチームやECチームと連携し、HOKA.COM上のランディングページやマーケティングコンテンツの企画・改善にも携わっていただきます。データ分析や消費者インサイトをもとにPDCAを回し、HOKA.COMの売上最大化とブランドマーケティング目標の達成に貢献する、戦略性と実行力の両方が求められるポジションです。 【主な業務内容】 ※各業務の重要度順および時間配分（合計100%） 1. HOKA.COMのビジネス成長に向けたデジタルマーケティング施策の企画・実行：40% HOKA.COMの売上およびブランド成長を目的に、デジタルマーケティング施策を企画・実行いただきます。アドネットワーク、SEO/SEM、リターゲティング、アフィリエイトなどの広告施策を活用し、トラフィック創出からコンバージョン最大化までを推進します。また、ECチームと定期的に連携し、ビジネスニーズや課題を把握したうえで改善施策を立案します。必要に応じて、Head of BrandやHead of DTCなどのビジネスリードに対して、分析結果や施策提案をプレゼンテーションしていただきます。 2. 広告キャンペーンにおけるペイドメディア施策の立案：30% ブランドキャンペーンやビジネス目標に基づき、オンライン・オフラインを横断した360°のペイドメディア施策を企画します。デジタル広告に加え、OOH、TV、プリント、タイアップなど幅広いメディアを組み合わせ、ブランド認知から購買促進まで一貫したメディア戦略を設計します。また、メディアエージェンシーや広告代理店と連携しながら、既存のメディア枠にとらわれない新しいメディア活用の検討・開発にも携わります。 3. HOKA.COMにおけるマーケティングコンテンツの企画・改善：20% HOKA.COM上のランディングページやマーケティングコンテンツの企画・改善を担当します。マーケティング視点から消費者UXを最適化し、広告施策と連動したページ構成やコンテンツ展開を考えていただきます。必要に応じて、マーケティングチームや関連部門と連携しながら、HOKA.COM上のコピー作成やコンテンツ改善にも関与します。 4. メディア・検索トレンドおよび競合動向のモニタリング：10% SEO/SEMの観点から、検索エンジン上におけるHOKAおよび関連キーワードの動向を把握し、チームへ共有します。また、ペイドメディア領域における競合他社の活動や市場トレンドをモニタリングし、得られたインサイトをもとに施策改善やグローバルチームへの情報共有に活用します。 【応募条件】 大学卒業以上 6年以上の実務経験 代理店側またはブランド側でのデジタルメディア運用経験 メディアプランニングからランディングページ企画まで、一気通貫で携わった経験 TV、雑誌、タイアップ、OOH、デジタル広告、検索広告など、オンライン・オフラインを問わないペイドメディアバイイング経験 ECサイトの売上やコンバージョンなど、ビジネス成果に直結する目標を持ったメディア運用経験 Google Analyticsなどのトラフィック解析ツールの使用経験 各種広告プラットフォームにおける広告バイイングツールの使用経験 英語の読み書きに抵抗がない方 ※翻訳ツール等を活用しながら英文メールや資料を確認できるレベルを想定しています。英会話力は必須ではありません。...
