Position:Customer Service Representative Job Description: 1. 営業支援・顧客対応 インサイドセールスチームおよび顧客に対して高度な営業支援・カスタマーサービスを提供する 顧客およびサプライヤーとの関係強化を支援し、Arrowのビジネス拡大に貢献する 複雑な問題や差異案件について顧客と直接対応し、解決策やアクションプランを提案する 社内営業チームへのサポートやエスカレーション対応を行う 2. Order to Invoice（受注～請求）プロセス管理 受注登録および受注情報の管理・更新を行う Value Added案件の受注処理およびフォローアップを担当する Excel、PDF、FAXなど様々な形式の顧客注文を管理する SSRQ（SIMS Setup Request）の申請を行う Value Added NCNR（キャンセル不可・返品不可） COP（Customer Owned Parts） NCNRの設定・管理を行う MyArrowアカウントの設定を行う PCPRCE2（Customer Part and Pricing System）を利用した契約価格管理を行う 3. 需要管理・品質保証サポート Planned Demand（需要計画）および品質保証プロセスにおいて営業チームを支援する e-CompassおよびForecast
