Job Description: Job Description 【募集背景】 DXCのお客様である大手企業において、オンプレミスのメインフレーム環境をAWSベースのオープン環境へ移行する大規模プロジェクトを推進しています。IBM z/OSおよび日立VOS3メインフレームからAWSへの移行において、全体PMまたはミドルウェア移行・運用移行・テスト（IT/ST/UAT）の各領域PLとしてプロジェクトをリードいただける方を募集します。 【職務内容】 インフラ・ミドルウェア領域における移行計画の策定・実行管理 移行後の運用設計および運用テスト（IT/ST/UAT）の計画策定と実行管理 コスト・技術・運用面を考慮した移行方式の検討・提案・顧客プレゼンテーション 顧客折衝、各種ドキュメント作成、運用チームへの引き継ぎ対応 パートナー・オフショアチームと協調したプロジェクト推進および課題解決 【求める人物像】 チームを牽引し、関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れるリーダーシップを持つ方 技術・業務の両面から課題を整理し、顧客との合意形成を粘り強く推進できる方 大規模システムの運用設計において品質意識と責任感を持つ方 業務基幹システムおよびミドルウェアの運用・設計に深い理解を持ち、改善提案ができる方 Requirements 【必須要件】 プロジェクトマネージャまたはプロジェクトリーダとしての実務経験 プロジェクトマネージャ希望：7年以上 プロジェクトリーダ希望：5年以上 メインフレーム（z/OS または VOS3）からオープン系（Red Hat）へのマイグレーションプロジェクトへの参画経験 【歓迎要件】 AWSクラウド環境・Redhat環境での設計経験（5年以上） メインフレーム移行プロジェクトにおけるリード経験 HULFT、MQなどの運用監視・通信系ミドルウェアの知識 大規模システム移行プロジェクトにおける運用設計リード経験 オペレーション自動化ツールの導入・運用経験 IBM z/OSまたは日立VOS3の運用経験 AWSクラウド環境での運用設計経験（5年以上） 文字コード変換や帳票関連の移行対応経験 海外チームとの協業経験
